I know it's your personal tier list but Khan on B it's crazy. I'm playing ranked almost every day and he's banned or 1st pick all the time. One of the strongest tanks, period. I understand your logic, he has one strong talent and others two are meeh. But if you do not plan to play point but offtank, damn...most of the time I'm out damage even dps/flank champs. :D He has super survival skill.

I just mentioned it and gave it as an example to confirm that this is not just my personal opinion, it's straight meta and I'm not the only one who thinks so. Also, Kahn is easy to learn and play and doesn't need much skill, which makes it an even better choice. Khan has always been in a good place no matter buffs or nerfs during the years. I would switch his place with Makoa to be honest.
Guys Khan is B because he has only one good talent. His others are useless. Whenever I see a shield bot khan with lians shield I know we lost the game.

You would have yo consider that Frosty only plays casuals 100% of the time

Khan is top tier an he is permaban everytime ,he is probably the strongest champion in the game
