I cannot wait to see what this thing does next season...and what Mike can do with it especially! With such a good result from a total of 8 or so laps, the MINI Cupper is destined to shine in Sundae Cup.
Been waiting for the final part of the Mini Cupper trilogy and all I can say is, it's well worth the wait! It's been a blast of a series and my hats off to the entire FCP Euro crew for preparing the car and able to get it running for Sundae Cup.^^
I am so disinterested in car racing, but I keep watching your various exploits. It is the technology, the people, and the great story telling. Sucks me in every time. 🙂
Kind of what we love to hear haha we know racing is not always everyone's forte - but it gives us somewhere to go drive the hell out of these projects and stress test whether we are making things faster or better in the end. Oh and having a good time along the way of course :-) appreciate the support and you watching!
Very great video men! Awesome driving skills! Too bad you didn't install a footcam. Could you include a camera on the pedalbox to film your footwork for next driving videos please? :D
Looks like the shoulder bar is too low for that seat. I think the shoulder harness should not be putting pressure on the bottom through holes when the driver is belted in. May want to double check that. Thanks for the video and be safe out there. Sundae Cup looks awesome.
Something we will certainly need to address is seating position especially with such different sized people. Thanks for watching and supporting the series!
That’s a W124 chassis, considered to be the best car Mercedes ever built, and the successor to the W123 and then the W114/W115. My dad had a W115 (Australian car) and then a W123 (British car) both of them were 240Ds neither competed in the DTM. But the W124 did and to this date Ellen Lohr is and was the only woman to win a DTM race which was in a W124. There’s so much to talk about these cars. One thing I have noticed is the missing Mercedes logo sticker on the truck which was on the original DTM cars, it could be a nice touch to have that there. 🙂 I also think you should do more updates on the progress of the Merc. Keep up the good work!
The Car went drastically faster, ended up in 6th place out of 12, Danny blamed the track conditions but could have gone faster , car will be a for sure contender at the top next season.

This video deserves more views.
This and B Spec racing has all of my favorite cars...Mini, Fit, and Mazda2. People have no idea how fun these cars are to drive.

Now you just have to get that guy a HANS device. I’m surprised that Gridlife even allows someone to go on track with a harness without one.
Not wrong Russell
That Mercedes still rules.
we tend to agree haha
