Lisa, you need to take more rest instead of running around. You have a bronchitis infection and you really need to take this more serious. You don’t want to mess around with your lungs! I had bronchitis infection about ten years ago and I nearly died.Had to be put on life support and it took month and month to recover.I wish one of the other mothers could take your son and drop him back of instead you running around every day! Please take better care of yourself.Much love and hugs and God’s blessings to you and yours.🙏❤️🙏

Stick your head over a steaming bowl of water with a towel over your head to get the steam to release it. You can also use friars balsam in the water if you get it over there. Mind you it ruins the bowl so use something old for the water :-) 🤗

Aw... hugs darlin. I can hear your lungs and breathing.
Today I was listening to Dr. Michael Johnson.
He spoke of Pregnenolone. And the importance of this hormone for lung health and most of all in fighting and aid in dementia.
“Naturally, to get pregnenolone, we need adequate amounts of cholesterol plus other nutrients, including vitamin A, thyroid hormone and enzymes. If any of these are inadequate, you will have a less than desired supply of pregnenolone.”
“In a healthy person, the conversion of cholesterol to pregnenolone occurs inside the mitochondria, nicknamed “the lungs of the cell” because of their role in cell respiration.”
“Pregnenolone also acts on NMDA (N-methyl-D-aspartate) receptors which affect learning and memory by regulating the function of the synapses on our neurons. Dr. Flood of the Geriatric Research Education and Clinical Center in St. Louis writes “Pregnenolone is the most potent memory enhancer yet reported”.
Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and other forms of dementia and mental deterioration that occurs with everyone as we age may benefit from pregnenolone supplementation.”
    www.delano.com/blog/?p=76
This would explain why those with dementia can and most likely will get pneumonia... especially because your levels of Pregnenolone are low.
This is why eating more fats is key! The brain is made up of 60% fat. Fat actually help us produce hormones.
Please look into Pregnenolone. Talk to your doctor. The Dr. that spoke of this is a neurologist.
I hope you get back to the doctors love. I would also add in an immune modulator. Like AHCC or Beta Glucan and Mood By garden of life probiotics. This would help you fight your illness love.
Please get some rest. And see that doctor... 💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗 You’re in our prayers. 🙏🏻

When you have kids in school it tough!
    Hang in there.
I think your bronchitis and back are part of what’s going on for sure.
It’s a lot to deal with, honey.
Try to enjoy the awards event and hopefully the rain will keep practice away 😬

You need to get Mucinex at the drug store and take two at a time three times a day and drink plenty of water!! This will help to loosen the mucus and you will be able to get rid of it.If your mucus is green, dark yellow or dark green, please go back to your doc ASAP.

Wear a mask if you get out and mow which I wouldn't recommend doing any of it with bronchitis. You remind me of my mom though and stubborn lol. You'll do what ya want lol. Thinking of you and praying for you.❤Hope you feel better.

I won’t be mowing anytime soon. Even the thought makes me tired.

Lisa I think you need to get back to the doctors and see why you are not getting any better. You should be coughing up the mucus out of your lungs. I have 2 boys that have asthma and you really need to watch it hun. You miss your mom....I can understand that as my mom is not good and I miss my dad as he died with Alzheimers. It is not easy that is for sure but you have to think that we all in the computer community care about you a lot and even if you can't make a video all the time, we are still here for you. Please take it easy and try and get some rest. Thinking of you always....♥
