For me it's been like 18 years, since I first saw The Bourne Identity. Just rewatched Collateral tonight and thought whoooooa that's the Bourne chase song!
The car chase scene in The Bourne Identity and nightclub scene in Collateral. I miss the early 2000’s :( I’m just glad we have the music, movies, and video games to go back to. These movies, plus Minority Report and many others, The Crystal Method, GTA Vice City really bring me back.

Overhemd what about Planet of the apes reboot trilogy, Indiana Jones trilogy & John wick trilogy. The Bourne identity is an awesome good movie with great action scenes, direction, plot, performances & plot twists. The Bourne supremacy is a bad movie with the excessive shaky-cam, fast cuts and I hate the plot. Killing the girl from the first movie and change director for more shitty shaky cam The Bourne ultimatum is better than the second but in my opinion isn’t better than the first, ok there are more excellent action sequences and set pieces, even with the shaky cam. But in this case, in this movie, the fast cuts and the shaky cam actually work really decent. Especially the rooftop chase and fight scene or the scene at the station. Or even the car chase. The Bourne legacy as a good premise and also a couple of good scenes but isn’t necessary and didn’t work as well as ultimatum or identity. But supremacy is still a better movie than legacy. Because legacy is actually a boring movie with only 1 or 2 good action scenes. Now with Jason Bourne the franchise is dead. I love the return of Matt Damon, but the movie feel soo much unnecessary and with a bad plot, about his dad and even more bad shaky cam and fast cuts. The worst of all. The most darker. In my opinion the Bourne identity is the best because of less shaky cam in action sequences and best plot. Just a guy who want know who he is. With a good actress for Bourne and villain. And secondary villain. Doug Liman I love him. Ultimatum the second best. But you can’t say the Bourne series is the best action trilogy of all time. There are soo many others
In my car, and every car since this came out, I have 1 CD labeled "POLICE CHASE" with only this song as a track and it's there just in case I'm in a pursuit of any kind. When I think car chase music, I think Ready, Steady, Go by Paul Oakenfold. No other song IMO captures the thrill, the suspense, tension and swift speed of a movie chase as perfect as this song does.
