All of your P90x workouts are excellent! I've been doing P90x for quite a while, and I specifically like how you break the workouts in 2 parts with variations. I mix that in with desert mountain biking, elliptical or hiking. I use all of the videos you created from Tony's originals. Just excellent! Thank you!
Helpful video I just started back on P90x it’s been a few years. I have been doing CrossFit and body weight “park” style workouts . P90x is still a great workout
I've never tried that specifically, I've always just increased a bit whenever my reps get high enough. But I could see that being a good strategy (atleast until the point where you will inevitably start struggling too much and not getting a good workout.)

Have you tried adding 5lbs. Every 2weeks for weightlifting workouts of P90X.
