Ej stepping up in the 10th and bowling 2 strikes in a row against the greatest bowler this world has ever seen is so huge. Idk if anyone in the world realizes how monumental this is for his career. The pressure he was under might be more pressure than he’s been in his entire career. Absolutely clutch of him. I dream of being in that position and coming out on top.
It was huge for him after he fell apart at the TOC this year. I was thinking "Belmo's winning another major from the bench" in that 10th frame, but he came through in the clutch. As a 🇦🇺 and Belmo fan, full credit for standing up to immense pressure. Loved his dad doing the "Boom!" as well, it's those kinds of celebrations that make the PBA great.

Simonsen too hasn’t had a worst finish than 10th all season either (he hasn’t missed an event too) which 4 titles w that stat might beat 5

He usually doesnt show emotion or celebrate until the job is completely done, but on the 2nd in the 10th he let it out. Love to see that, but I think it shows Belmo's still human.

If he had won the two events he finished 2nd in earlier this year, that would be seven titles and three majors already this year. As it stands, it's five titles and two majors, but he is on another planet right now.

Why does it seem like belmo gets so many lucky breaks. Not to take away from his greatness just asking. It seems like he gets a lot of lucky strikes. More than the other pros.

I bowl 2 handed because I damaged the ligaments and tendon in my wrist when I was young and can’t grip with my thumb. Everyone bowls different for different reasons. I was rooting for Ej because I’m team motiv and I like the guy

He has always been my favorite bowler. His style is so clean and as powerful as the 2 handers. No 1 handers are on his level in my opinion.
