Any tips on printing this without unintentional fusing of the lower layers? I've bene having problems with this. Do you have a particular brand of filament? Temperature settings? Extrusion rate? Anything that would help me tune this so that it works will be helpful.

I added more space all around, redownload and try now. Look at calibrating your extrusion multiplier, if it's fusing you may have overextrusion issues on your printer and fixing that will make all your prints better :)

Print outer parameters first. That helps with sizing
