- We travel to the Flume Gorge in Franconia Notch state park on a rainy day! This is the first location in Franconia, and while there is a fee it's totally worth it. Here you can see the Flume and a number of other named features such as "The pool", "Table Rock", "Liberty Gorge", and many glacial erratic's.

you did a great job showcasing this amazing place. i've been to Vermont before but not New Hampshire and it's only an 8+ hour drive from me in Toronto. the rain and the starting fall colours makes it look extra special

Can you see everything in a day?
You can see everything in the flume gorge park in less than 2 hours honestly. You can do most of the Franconia notch state park in a day which includes the flume gorge
so how long it will take to complete the whole hike from starting to the back ?
That depends if they’re still doing it in a one way path or not. Normally you can take any trail you’d like and spend as much or little time there. When we filmed this you had to walk through the entire thing in one direction and it took us an hour and a half with filming stops.

Is there a parking space for this park?
Yes a huge parking lot!

The park is cool in all times of the year but the fall is the best for the white mountains. That’s why there’s tons of tourists!
