The Supreme Court observed that the detailed guidelines issued by it in Rajnesh v. Neha and Another, regarding the payment of maintenance in matrimonial matters are not being followed in many cases. Accordingly, the Apex Court has issued a direction for a copy of the judgment containing guidelines for expeditious disposal of cases involving grant of maintenance, to be re-circulated to judicial officers in all High Courts across the country.
In the current case, ADITI ALIAS MITHI VERSUS JITESH SHARMA, the Court emphasized that the fundamental objective in such proceedings is the well-being and welfare of the child. The Court noted that the High Court had reduced the monthly maintenance amount from ₹20,000 to ₹7,500 with the sole justification that the father had previously been involved in business and was facing financial difficulties. The Court found fault with the High Court's decision to modify the order, especially considering the Family Court's thorough and well-reasoned explanation for the initial maintenance amount.

Dahej lena tab band hoga jab ladies men ke equal earn kar ke job karengi yeh nahi ki khud to BA hain aur Husband unko Doc Engineer ya IAS hona cheayeay. and if there there is no Dowry at the time of marroage then there should not be alimony at the time of Divorce too.

False affidavit is punishable under 340CrPC?? Almost in every case false affidavit is filed by either of one or sometime by both d parties. And in different cases different contradicting affidavits are filed and court simply doesn't listen.

Petition should be filed in high court. Max 6 months decision unlike lower court
In routine cases/ appeals High Court kept it pending for years and years together according to their convenience.

Laws for weman protection specially intended to protect really crushed Women victimised from extreme atrocities. But in today’s arena Women in nature led by hyperGamy loses the respect and interest in his male partner causing the adverse behaviour and wrong approach towards partner. This thing hurts the basic male ego or natural male character and personality. This is escalated into legal matrimonial disputes and misuse of law. Courts Must not accept facilitate and motivate the false litigations filed on such escalations because 99% of women actually don’t have any moral ground for escalation to this extent. Misuse of such extremely harsh laws is like mis-using the Armed Forces bombs tanks and artillery to kill armless innocent people. Courts must immediately stop behaving like one-sided guardian or stepmotherly treatment against one gender. Because this is destroying the wheel of marriage in the society. The family system is the spirit of our nation and culture which is being destroyed by false legal system and legal culture and false laws of our country. It is absolutely inappropriate for the state and court to interfere in routine verbal spats or small quarrels in the life of individual couples and start considering such small things as physical or mental assault to allow one gender to loot the partner in the name of alimony or maintenance. Women should file a petition for maintenance or anything only if she is wife and stays with the husband. If she has willingly parted from her husband especially when there is no child she should not claim any money if she doesn’t want to stay. The narcissistic tendencies among women is increasing very fast. Courts must not encourage these socio-psychological development. Please send this message to all the judges lawyers lawmakers and society in general by all possible media.

It's not begging..one who marry someone 's daughter..he has his duty to protect her also along with their kids..it's fundamental right of a legal wedded wife..if u can't do this sorry u should not marry..no one is dyeing for ur chawani atthanis...if u can't obey ur duties as father who gives u right to spoil somone's life..enjoy ur life then as single..if can't fulfill ur duties as husband or father..exception may be there..in any case..but in general these points must be taken into account..

Ladki ke liye rules hain par strictly follow nahin hota. Mere dewar ki yahi story thi. Divorce ke baad apni ex wife ko accident bata kar marwa diya aur abhi doosri shaadi kar li. Koi case nahin hua uspar. Jabki uski ex ne bola tha ki usse jaan ka khatra hai. Phir bhi dewar 1 min ke liye bhi arrest nahin hua aur murderer mast aaram se ghoom raha hai. Sab kehne ki baat hai. Aurat ke liye kanoon hokar bhi koi kanoon nahin hai.
Toh kya aurat ko khairaat ka kahane ki aadat hai, jindagi bhar maintainaced dega kya pati ?
