Dave and Busters moved to a separate building in front closer to Walnut Street. The building used to have Jump Zone, and before that it was a Harris Teeter.
That mall was shut down on January 31, 2021. Right now, it's demolished, except for that Belk building, which remains. In the near future, that area will be Epic Games' new headquarters and campus. Currently, it's under construction. It is estimated that the completion date will be in 2024 or 2025.

It's gonna be the new site of epic games HQ. Of course the mall is getting demolished as I write this, and build something new.
Except for that Belk building remains. Others were completely demolished.
