Thank you so much! I made my own covers - one from leather, one from a magazine and so on, but you can always Google miniature book covers or just regular size covers and scale them down in MS Word or in Gimp :)

What are the "pages" made from?

Depends on the book :) sometimes I use paper, sometimes pieces of old magazines, sometimes cardboard and sometimes balsa.

Base wood is how many centimetres?

it's around 1 cm x 1,5 cm but it can depend on the scale :) and it's around 1 mm thick.
