The Planning Commission shall call a public hearing before taking action on each item below in this section. Any person wishing to address the Planning Commission on these items should please come forward when the public hearing is called.
1. Variance Request to Encroach Platted Building Line for Single Family Residence - 1108 Cervantez Street - Devona Usery (Owner) - Tina Schmidt (Agent)
Variance to Section 21-163(a)(8) Platted building lines. Building lines established by an approved and recorded subdivision plat shall apply in lieu of the general setback provisions required under the Dimensional Requirements provision of this UDO.
