Compliment 👍that you have decided for the legendary Red Rocks concert in 1983, would have many more great songs like New Year's Day, or the earlier songs I Will Follow, Out Of Control, Electric Co ... .
For a change, a "relationship" song would be appropriate - so you can get to know another U2 side - like ONE/Live Syndney 1993 or With Or Without You/Live Boston 2001 or better the special 10' version of Paris 1987 (don't know the video rights).
As an insider tip: the lesser-known bluesy Kite/Live Boston 2001, just heard it in the car today, simply brilliant. All the best TO YOU!

Back in the 80s, analog video cameras received permanent damage through their lenses and onto the photo sensors from pointing directly at sunlight, bright stage lights, or flames that could burn their photo sensors and leave streaks as they moved the cameras around. Those are photo sensor burn marks you see on the screen that past generations of fans were very used to seeing from the 1950s through the 90s or more. Those are not autographs drawn with markers.

Those markings are from the lights. They used kind of crappy early TV cameras for this rather than film, and shining a spotlight at the camera will fuck with the sensor somehow and leave those lines.

Another from Red Rocks which is outstanding is An Cat Dubh/Into the Heart. Those two run into each other on the album and they play it that way live. It's a fantastic transition between the two songs

Think you’re talking about the violin part in the studio version, which is not present in any live ones
