Nice observations. The kamae that works for me is to pull your shoulder blades back until they almost touch, tighten small of your back and buttocks and lift the left heel to about a little over 20 degrees to produce mobility and forward power.

hi Kenkichi, after striking men, how high should our right hand be? I see the storm trooper is quite high almost 45 degree in the air, should it be parallel to the floor?

Dear Padawan, if you can do following attack or counter attack easily , then your arm degree is OK no matter how high you lift up your arm. Ideal degree might be pararrel from the ground as you said, but it would be OK unless you feel comfortable to do following action. (The storm trooper finally fix his arm degree at the end)
