    Do you feel your body rising when doing Dadotsu(打突)? It's also one of my oldest headache in Kendo practice. Let's find out a training method to fix it, for a beautiful strike!

    Can’t believe I only just came across this channel.
    I participated in a Shiai recently and was terrified by how horrible my footwork and body movement looked and jumping upwards was one of the problem.
    Thank you for this video and please keep making videos on Kendo.

    Actually, I can prevent my body from rising. But my body will goes down while striking. It will expose my attempt to the opponent before I strike him. What can I do to change this issue?

      If your opponent senses your attention to attack, then you can use it as SEME. Change your attack timing and your opponent will have difficulty to predict your attack.
