Free Reiki energy healing session

Welcome to healing path within. In this video I am going to do a distant Reiki healing session. Reiki is life force energy and energy is not bound by space or time which is why Reiki healing works through video when you are ready to receive it. Please do not do this session while driving as many people fall asleep during Reiki. If you'd like to join me for this session please turn off your phones, and find a quiet and comfortable place to lie down. Taking full responsibility for your own well being, please repeat after me.
I allow Reiki energy to heal and address my needs on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. I allow myself to receive this Reiki energy healing.

How am I supposed to do this or hear your affirmations if I need to have my phone off for this? I kept it on cuz that’s what I’m watching this on but set it aside and used headphones. Hope that’s ok. Thank you!

I just meant make some time for yourself with no distractions so that you can fully receive the energy. You can watch it if that is comfortable for you, or juat with the headphones is lovely. When I receive healing I usually watch the opening part and then close my eyes. Hope that helps. :)
