Appreciate you tuning in. We try and get one video out each month, ideally more, but time is often limited. I've got about 3-4 guns in for pre-testing right now though, so more videos are on the way
I recently bought this gun in .22 cal. Mine didn't come with any wrenches or degassing tool though. Guess they got over on me on that. The look of this gun is absolutely a winner with me. I also recently bought the Crosman Vantage plus in .22 because the polymer stock is so similar. The prospect is definitely awsome. I love both rifles.
Very nice specs for the price, but it looks a bit funky, like something out of Halo or the 1980's film, Flash Gordon. Funky music is great, but I'm not sold yet on funky looking rifles.
@@matthewrezuke8130 It's mentioned at the end. Dropping the transfer port as low as it will go reduced the velocity into the 350 fps range with 13.4 grain monsters....so about 3.5 FPE
Great review. Looks like Crosman thought of everything? Two questions though: 1) weight? I'm guessing 5 lbs by how easy you moved it. 2) hand pump friendly? Bonus question: barrel twist rate? And hammer spring turns adjustability?
It’s over 8 lbs without a scope. Talked about it at the end of the video. Not a big cylinder, so definitely hand pump doable. And plenty of good shots on the reg if you only fill to 3000 psi versus 3625
The semi-circular cutout on the bottom of the buttstock is a trend that I don't understand. Somebody tried to tell me it's for a rear bag, but I've never seen a benchrest rifle with a stock like that.
Nice to see a new air gun review. All the bells & whistles for a decent price. I’m guessing of China mfg.? Hope Taiwan or elsewhere. I’m still a wood and spring or pump man. Again I would buy a $600+ fill pump I tie up quit a bit of money, several springers worth.
I hope the breech comes available this would work on a discovery or 2260 a good stock up grade for modifying. Sense the bnm days are no longer sadly 😢 this gave me back flashes be for you worked there. Change the stock to a discovery and it be the discovery people were waiting so long ago. 💯🔥👍✌️👌
@tylerpatner6591 It means Gamo's are junk !! And now that Gamo air owns Crosman I'm done with them !! I've had 7 Gamo's that were junk right out of the box and I'm done wasting money on Gamo garbage !!
Nice video, however I would be inclined to spend a little more $$ and get an Air Venturi or a JTS aircuda, both much better looking rifles. Certainly Preformance was good for the $$, just not very attractive!
Always nice to see a new episode of the Insyder with Tyler. Seems to not be that often, so always very nice time to get a new video.

I am all about budget friendly PCPs ❤
Always a good feeling seeing another insyder episode
Thanks for watching!

Let Crosman know they should make it up to you.
@B__Mer good idea, thanks. I will contact them and see what they say about it.

😂😂
Not bad for a budget friendly gun. Perfect for smaller game around the farm or backyard plinking.
An external reg adjustment would of been killer for the feature set... Crosman take notes. We want external reg adjustment.

@@pyramydair What was the fpe on low power? It was not covered in the video.

Might be too late to edit, but the images for JTS and JSB are mixed up.
Yes well aware. Looks like that was missed before it was uploaded
@tylerpatner6591 sometimes I just like to be captain obvious. Looking forward to seeing you in a couple days buddy!

I could see how that would be useful in that instance. The gun would probably look even stranger if that cutout wasn’t there

Yes, made in China. Thanks for watching!
Yes, that stock is not attractive.
Nah, but the results are!

Lose the 'music' please.
Yes. PLEASE
With Daisy / Gamo now owning Crosman the prospect of me buying any more of there airguns is ( 0 )
Not sure what that has to do with the performance, but do you

Agreed. The looks are not for me and there are plenty of great options in the price range.
Love crosman, but do NOT like that stock. Come out with other options
I would pass on it.
Turn off the music. want to hear the sound of the gun not your music.
Ugly 😂
