Hello Andy. What a fantastic place to explore. It’s such a serene and picturesque spot, with breathtaking views of the coastline, sea, and interesting landscapes. The beach and church are stunning as well. The video production is excellent thanks for sharing! Have a great day.
Thank you so much Gasper, I'm glad you enjoyed the video, it was a challenging section of the Wales Coast Path, with some big hills to climb but also very rewarding. Thank you for watching and your kind words, all the best, Andy 👍
Webby that was just one amazing bit of filming. You have captured the beauty of it perfectly and gave me goosebumps taking me back to the toughest stage. Whistling Sands one of my fav beaches as well.Dont forget on the next stage to visit the little cafe at National Trust Plas yn Rhiw before Hells Mouth beach. I preferred to walk the beach rather than inland so timed it for the tide.
Thank you so much, John. I'm really glad you enjoyed the video. I think it was one of the toughest stages so far, with a three hour drive at each end of that walk I think the next one will be a little shorter,. I'm planning to park at Plas yn Rhiw and see if we can get the fflecsi bus back to Aberdaron. I'm a National Trust member now, so the car parks are free, but it looks like the house is not open yet, Aberdaron to Abersoch might be a bit much for us, if the house is open in time I can video that too. Will definitely visit the cafe and the Aberdaron bakery once again next time. Thank you for watching and your kind words, all the best, Webby 👍
I've been meaning to watch your videos for a long time Andrew - I'm glad I let this one roll. It was exhilarating and awe-inspiring - what a coastline. I've done a small stretch of about 24 miles but that's it. You had great conditions. Of course, it can be fierce hence the coast guard. So, pleased you got your drone back. What a mare for a short while. Well. good going. All the best. Mark
Thank you Mark, it really is a beautiful coastline. It's a great adventure and challenge. The drone was a worry, I was so relieved to hear it return just as we were about to leave, Thank you for watching, I'm glad you enjoyed it. What areas of coast path have you walked, Mark? All the best, Andy 👍
@@WebbysWalks A pleasure Andrew - good to hear of the challenge and joy. Yeah, you almost walked away from the drone - good timing. My walk - Near New Quay to Aberystwyth. I camped one night. But I want to do it all. One day!
Fantastic Andy, a favourite walk of ours, Lands End of North Wales 😃 and the view of Bardsey Island from that look out point is so beautiful. Surprised we didn't bump into you around here in this area! Didn't look like the volunteers were at the lookout this day but you may have been too early, I think you always walk early ? Must have been scary with the drone, Alf fears getting one in case it gets lost! Love Aberdaron and I think this is the day that you said was long.... You captured its beauty all so well 👏👍~ Anna
Thank you Anna, yes we may have passed you on one of these walks. It was a long day, 3 hours drive up, waited in Aberdaron for just over an hour for the bus, had a wander around and visited the bakery. I think we got to Whistling Sands at around 10am to begin the walk, so I'm not sure what time we were at each point, we finished around 4pm, just over 3 hours back, home around 7.30pm beautiful walk, a bit of a challenge with the hills, but we made it in one piece 😀 Then revisited the bakery opposite the spar to take some goodies back home. A long day with the six hours travelling, and around 6 hours walking with breaks included. Thank you for watching, I'm glad you enjoyed the video, all the best, Andy 👍
@@WebbysWalks I remember you saying on one of your other videos that it was a long day. That bakery is fabulous and so is the cafe, did you see the old mill opposite? So interesting ...
@FXWalesAnnaAlf I'm not sure, I don't think I did, I will have a look next time, we were in the bakery cafe, and I had a message saying the fflecsi bus was 13 minutes away, so once we had paid as we were in the queue, we headed back down to the spar, and waited for the bus eating Pasties. On the walk back , we walked back to the bakery but was very tired so I didn't really notice much. I will have a look on the next visit.
Congratulations on rounding this Peninsula Andy. Heading south now, a change of direction.
Yes, thank you. It felt like a milestone moment turning that corner. We have walked across a country. Thank you for watching, All the best, Andy 👍

@WyeExplorer I'm in no rush to get it completed. We love walking it. Thank you again, Mark, regards Andy
