Broken Down Arriva London Streetdeck at Harrow Bus Station

- This video shows a 16 plated Arriva London Wright Streetdeck (powered by a Daimler Engine) which has Broken Down at Harrow Bus Station. This was ended up being towed by a Sovereign recovery truck as seen in the video.
SW10 - LK16BXN operated by Garston Bus Garage, later this bus will be moving to Palmers Green.

Ahh the Streetdecks!
I use the 340 daily, and somehow there's been 3 of these go funny, whereas I've not seen one Gemini 3 play up.
SW6 was playing up about 3 months back and was on the side of the road along Marsh Lane in Stanmore broken down. Now SW10 is next!
SW5 was also involved in a minor accident the other day...I think it is just Garston messing up with these buses. Also Welcome to my channel :)

Yeah on Monday I saw VLA116 which was marked as a Grays (GY) vehicle.. not sure if it was moved permanently or not, but it was running on the 340s alongside VLW95 AND VLA176... Nice to know these new Streetdecks introduced to the route are going well XD
Oh, I might not have seen VLA116, I think i saw VLA122. They were running well initially and are great buses but garston have given up

@@trainman86trainstramsandmore nope. Wright Eclipse Gemini 3s come on Volvo B5TL/ B5LH chassis options, the Streetdecks are fully integral

What time was this as a after 3 it was havoc with no Metropolitan Line and buses couldn't get round each other!
This happens at 7pm, I advise you go there and have a look lol

Yay, one broke down, I knew the driver such a push the bus man, was it a RATP man filming it? And first time seeing a Gemini 3 being towed always interested in the sticker on the drivers side

In East London there is this new experiment to colour code busses like the would outside of London. e.g a 183 would have a blue colour on it's bus stops and on the bus stating the route and how frequent it comes, Citytransport made a video. (P.S) I'm changing my username so.. you have an extra sub

Also, just wondering there is this rumor that Golders Green is going to change completely, like they're going to knock down the whole area, rebuild a shopping centre and flats connect it with the tube station and the bus station is going to be underneath it, So basically it is turning into North Finchley }:

The towing bits are behind it, the same as on most UK buses.

Exactly. Daimler used to make good engines. This is why i hate streetdecks and love B7'S AND B9'S AND GERMINI 2S better

Gemini 2's to me are very useless same with Streetdecks and Streetlites. They always break down. I saw 3 Streetlites Break down in 1 year. I saw 1 Streetdeck Break Down. And I saw a Gemini 2 break down.
