Great yorkshires I do the same quantities too - also, nice tip is..... if you doing yorkshires with chicken/turkey , add a couple table spoons of dried paxo to the mix and 4 tables spoons of extra milk and leave to stand for 30 mins before cooking .... just an idea for you . Nic your great and fun to watch . keep on doing ..

Made this today Nic and it was delicious. My family didn’t believe I made the Yorkshire’s as they puffed right up for the first time ever!, keep them coming as you’ve given me so many ideas and you make it look so easy 😉❤️

Hubby wants to come to your place for dinner. He’s watched your brisket slicing and said “ she’s a brilliant cook look at the thickness of her slices of beef”! Shame you live so far away. Keep the videos coming love them.

Yorky puds aren’t working for me.. 1 turned out massive everything else soggy botts

    • @northernnicsbackkitchen2206

If your bottoms are soggy they’re not cooked, make sure your oil is hot when you pour the batter in, turn the oven down a bit after about 10/15 minutes to make sure they cook through & not burn x

Roast potatoes AND mash? Not sure I agree with that.
