    Hi. I just binged watched your channel. I have a 30 acre property that I am developing myself from scratch. Looking to clear land and start some projects. Came across your channel because I was looking for information on excavators and land development. I have a channel as well with my progress. Really enjoyed watching. Thanks. New subscriber here. 🙂

    Your content is great and editing is also. Professional work you do is very satisfying to watch. You will have 250k subs before you know it because of your work ethic and videos. Camarada has nothing on you.. Thank you. Mike

    Rewatched! I am truly a fan of your work! This is one of my favorites to watch and learn. The attention to details, the usage of the soil conditioner, the finished result is great! Great content and video!

    Why did you hand rake the whole front when you had a soil conditioner!?... Work smarter not harder!

    You can also use the soil conditioner to level the new topsoil for a perfectly level ground and little to no raking

    I love the way a yard looks after a Harley rake has been on it, I’ve never rented a bobcat track loader but this fall I am going to redo my whole back lawn with one I’ve watched so many TH-cam videos on them I think I’m now a pro 😂

    Hi @CarlsonSonLandscapingLLC, Glad I stumbled on your videos. I also work in IT but would like to do some work like this in my spare time. Do you still work at the software full time or is this your full time work now. Any tips on getting started?

    • @CarlsonSonLandscapingLLC
      @CarlsonSonLandscapingLLC  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I still work full time as a Software Engineer and do this work on the side. Though at this point it has realistically been another full time job. To get started, all it really takes is the motivation, desire to do the work and the basic tools to do the job! As long as you are well presented, spoken, show up and have a good work ethic, you will be lining up lots of jobs.

    Assuming the old lawn roots go down deeper than the blades scarfed up by the Harley rake, does that mean the old grass comes back up and mingles with the newly planted seed? Lusher lawn?

    Looks great. How much are you charging for a job like this where you are? Is it by the hour with the machines, by the square foot, or?

    Is there a difference in the rake the soil conditioner? If so, what's the difference and what is your prefernce.
