    I used to have severe anxiety. It was bad. For years I struggled with that and told no one. I reversed it naturally 15 years ago. I'll never go back to living like that. I think most people can heal, unfortunately "medical professionals" are trained to prescribe drugs which lead to worse mental health issues in the long run.

    I came from an abusive home.fear.terror.nervousness.I carried this into my adult world..i finally found EFT..im still working on me...my weakest is stress..i hate arguing..but when you talk to family .you g get lost in this.for some odd reason
    They don't get your idea...this crap stays with me..why??

    I'd love to not take medication and be able to feel not tensed up all the time. Get a good night sleep. Just stop over thinking so much. Is there a way I can stop medication 💊 and control my anxiety

      I had this but worst and what worked for me is continue to work is I tried Neurofeedback nondynamic therapy at home for 1 mth n it did wonders for me like miraculous was on 300 mg bupropion daily and dropped to 75mg the lowest dosage. Exercise, positive affirmations, probiotics, healthy food, meditation, hypnotherapy and the main one of all if u have faith devote yourself to God and cast everything on him and pray for your healing. I’m so happy when I started all this I was in a very bad place but thank god all mighty I’m doing awesome and just awaiting to be done with this lowest dose and finally be out of medication. Key is faith and love for yourself gives you the will to come out of anything! Many blessings and healing to you 🙏🏽🙏🏽

      Idk why but I’m so scared of dying? I always fear a health event heart attack, cancer, seizure all that jazz and it stresses me out and gives me anxiety idk
      I have the best life everything going good just always scared of those things if I’m not busy doing something.

      I’ve always had a fear of dying, I also have a fear of getting sick. Ever since COVID started I’ve been scared of getting sick. I’ve also struggled with adult content, though I am stopping that. I’ve quit that, I’m killing all my demons one at a time. I will not stop till everything I’m stressed about goes away. I know that I am the only one who can control my mind, the only one who can truly end this stress. And I shall.

      @@Yummyboy69 you’re not alone, I have fear of dying as well but lately my fear of dying changed into asking myself and worrying about what will happen to me after I die? What about if afterlife is real and I will be judged according to my sins? Will I get hell for eternity or will I be pardoned and get paradise for to eternity? Or maybe because I know deep down I am not bad person will I be punished for a while and then sent to paradise? If so how bad is that punishment? These questions and more like it are filled in my mind and thus the reason why am afraid of death.

    I accept what the previous commenter have written - definately not straight forward than it sounds to beat the fear of driving.
