دولمه العراقية كلش طيبة كل يوم جمعه نسوي دولمه كلش طيبة شكرا الك

ممكن طريقتكم الاصليه

@@وطن-ت6ح الدولمه كل واحد يسويها ع طريقته اهم شي هم الخضروات الي تنحشي مثل الباذنجان والفلفل والبصل
والحشوه اهم شي اللحم مفروم مع الدهنه نسميها لية الخروف يصير الطعم غير ..وينظاف للحشوه حمضيات مثل دبس رمان او ملح الليمون قليل جدا ومعجون طماطم فد ملعقتين وتوابل مثل الكركم الكاري اي نوع تحبو يرهم واكو خاص بالدولمه واهم شي معاها ليمون مجفف مطحون وتخليها ع نار عاليه وتظيف ماء يغطي كل الخضروات وتبقى ع نار هادئه جدا بعد متغلي وتستاهل التعب كلش طيبه وسلامتكم

Hi! Super impressed with your videos, Rufy, all of the meals make my mouth water! I have made stuffed green bell peppers before, with chopped onions, cooked rice, ground beef and spices, then topped them with tomato sauce and cheese and baked them, but, have never stuffed a variety of vegetables like eggplant, zucchini, tomatoes, etc. like you. You are so clever and talented, poised and polite and a pleasure to watch! It's entertaining and enjoyable, thank's! 👍
