I think I got my first bali some time in the middle of 2012. You were one of the first tutorial channels I found, so probably around 4 years.
Ive been here at least since the finger cut with the bradley. I remember the Anarchist Cookbook videos and how they had the stupid copyright problems. Ive been here a while. I remember wanting to get soapstone and really wanting the orange dodo too.

I combined that with some math lol, and I'm pretty sure I subbed right around when you started making the bali vids! so like 6-7 years ago!! I knew I had seen them all but not exactly sure at what point I subbed. Anyway I'm still glad to see your still making vids! I remember back when you were having those procedures and such done. you've answered me back a few times on my questions on here and I've always appreciated that. Been here for almost 5 years, I just stopped flipping for two or three of those. The Barebones has revived that for me. Moved along to an AB tho. Love ya Calvin!

I originally came fairly recently for the balison tutorials (my sister got one and i was interested to learn). But i love the sick videos like shuffle dude. Keep doing what you like, cause i'll keep watching.
Your channel got me into flipping about 3 years ago. I don't have many knives but I'm happy with what I have. My dream knife is a 42 springer. I have a t-latch which is nice but there is just something about the springer that I can't describe. I think it's just the way it looks but either way I need one someday

I've been watching your videos since I got my first knife in 2010 and watched your Y2K rollover tutorial.
I've been watching off and on since roughly the channel beginning. I remember early on that it was easy to get to your "Bean's got the Cash" video with just a few scrolls and you still had that red drape and basic lighting. Your Prime seemed to be around the FATOC videos.... Let's face it. We are the ones that rooted from the spy. Those " I found the spy " jokes were annoying, but they were a part of the beginning.... I believe that You were the first channel I subscribed to with my main profile. It is always a pleasure coming back to see the old memories of that 1st channel. Thank you for the great content over the years.

Been around for 6 years man. Was 12 when i started getting into Bali's (Sisters BF got me my first one) and i found you when i was looking for tricks. God i feel old now, hell i started out with one of those $5 flick butterfly knives that you see on blade play, now i have my own 51 morpho. Well Calvin just follow your dreams, if it means you lose followers in the process, then so be it just be happy with yourself. Besides it's nice to watch beautiful pieces of art every now and then.

I've been watching for the past 2 years back when I first got in to butterfly knives, also love the photography and nature shit, I'm in to it as well, just can't afford good equipment yet. Maybe make a few videos on camera equipment? That would be neat.

LOL, the funny thing here.
I had bought my 1st trainer balisong 4 days ago and then I dug youtube the hell out to find 1 channel that have "every basic to advance balisong tricks", channel that like "bitehandle", "knifiac",..they're good, but they don't have the thing I need, their tutorial are for "people that have been flipped balisong for years" not for "newbie"...then after 2 hours of searching, I had found you, man you got every thing I need, from basic to heroic. But when I watched this video of you, heard your story, I felt sad a little bit to know that you will not put any flipping knife video in the near future. But life change, I'm ok with it and I'll not unsub you. Fare well calvin
Nice vids bud! I've been watching your vids for about 3-4 years and you started my balisong addiction. By the way, I own a 51 and its great but I also own a tachyon III you should check it out its 10 times better. Keep it up with the nice vids!

what is the best trainer? I don't care for a bladed one I flip for fun and mine is broke and I haven't flipped in months and bladed ones are illegal where I live so that's why I want a trainer
