Does it really matter which young players are good when you can just play a 50 rated 17 year old on beginner with sliders and score 100 goals a season to get him 95 potential
I'm going to assume the system is more complex than that, there's probably still a soft-coded version of the old potential system in there, but one that's affected to different degrees of weight by the dynamic potential system. e.g. random League 2 winger with 50 OVR and a 'soft' potential of 72, with great performances will hit 81-84 but with poor performances will hit 65 CHO from Chelsea, with 73 OVR (or something) and a soft potential of 87 with great performances will hit 91-92, but with poor performances will hit 80. something like that.
With dynamic potential, I believe everyone has a cap that u can push them to. And depending on how they play and morale, the journey to that cap can be stunted or accelerated.

So if you buy Vinicius Junior you have to play him or he won't grow, it's not fifa 19 anymore and just leave them on the bench until they grow, nah you have to play him and keep him happy to increase their rating!!! I did sell every player and then contract a lot of young players, the best one is Amine Gouiri with an overall of 89 and the second Wuilker Fariñez, a goalkeeper from Venezuela with 88. The fastest are Jeremy Doku, Johan Carbonero and Rubén Vinagre. Although this is very far from reality, the way that Amine Gouiri run and control the ball remains me to Ronaldo il fenomeno.
All the overalls are based off day 1 FIFA 19 for this version of the game I think, so I don't think any of the ratings of the players are final at the moment

No I think the dynamic potential is just to stop them getting to max potential while never being played and depending how much u play them will effect how fast there rating goes up for example if I bench Rashford for a bunch of games his rating will barely go up bit if I play him and he scores hatricks every game his rating will go up quite quick next season (think they have to be happy too )

Dynamic Potential doesn't effect other teams apart from yours. Also they had the FIFA 19 default ratings, so I feel they have the same potentials as them too.
and also greenwood in the pre season tournament he was amazing a wonder kid for the future of football I would put him at 87 , Hudson odoi would be 89 because he can get played a lot in big games like Chelsea v arsenal and plus I got him to 96 rating on a real madrid rebuild!
Sancho was a 72 ovr and at 85 potential because that is the roster at the very beginning of fifa 19. Same with greenwood and Hudson-odoi.
