I believe I had the worst luck ever. I had my Pokemon increase hypnosis 2 times while fighting a legendary. Then I ran out of PP. I missed around 8 of my hits before actually landing a hit. The worst part was that I was trying to catch it with a heal ball (even tho it wasn't shiny). That was one of the worst moments of my life.
