Having heard the Honda Announcement I will admit to being puzzled by Tommy’s choice but the context of Birdy’s team being tied up in probate made it all make more sense! I can only hope Tommy has another great year and is up there fighting for his title defence! Thanks all it was a great episode!

We do NOT want the football element in this sport this would really be bad news ,these things happen as Tommy says very eloquently nobody would try to take anyone out on purpose full stop end of . Don't let the haters get you down Tommy, you will always get keyboard warriors but anyone who has followed bsb over the years knows how much you deserved to win the championship this year and how hard you've worked to get it, most of the racing community were happy to see you win. I know I was 💪😎👍
tommy seems like a really cool guy he must be one of the south westers with his accent. it,s very rare that i watch a whole one of your podcasts to the end but yea this is only the second one the other was sofologlu it makes it so much better for us the viewers when they have a fun loving personality.

My “problem” with a lot of these podcasts is they are so long, I check out the length of them before I view and sometimes it puts me off. I like Tommy (and Glenn) so I thought I would just watch 10 or 15 minutes of this one and ended up watching the whole thing !
Keep being yourself Tommy. It's refreshing hearing a riders true feelings (like in the past) rather than the robotic pc responses so many riders come out with nowadays.
Interesting discussion about social media and, as Tommy put it, the football mentality which is infecting bike sport. I think it's ok for people to express themselves on social media but only respectfully, in a way they would be comfortable doing to the person cancerned's face in a private place. I dislike the footy element of casual 'sport' fans who have cottoned on to bike racing. I see it as a spectator at BSB, where as a biker I am far less comfortable than I was years ago when the crowd at bike racing was almost exclusively motorcyclists or genuine motorcycle fans. TBH it puts me off actually going as much. Thankfully they haven't ruined the TT yet, although they are becoming more of a nuisance year on year. I realise the sport needs attendances to make ends meet but not at any price.
