Thank you, Very informative, Can we get to see the 2nd part, I request you to kindly upload it. Thank you very much Dr Mattu Sir, I'm a Big fan of yours...
this is jewel. I did understand better whole story from this video then from a bunch of books. they did wrote like 4 algorithms for differentiation PSVT from VT and I saw that sensitivity of brugada algorithm is around 90%, so I assumed you need to know all of these criteria and use them. but that's not te Case. also I didn't see nowhere that fact that you can't differentiate PSVT from Tdp from ECG and that info is very important.
44:37 I’m sorry to say, but I have to disagree with your rhythm interpretation Dr. Mattu. This appears to be a Accelerated Junctional Rhythm with a right bundle branch block, left posterior fascicular block, with STE consistent with acute Anterior/Septal wall STEMI. It appears as though there could possibly be retrograde P waves buried in the ST segment in V1. I think if this truly were an accelerated idioventricular, you wouldn’t have such consistent ST changes
I listen to dr Amal Mattu like a netflix series! This is awesome! Thank you doc for helping ME nailing ecg!
Wish all medical lectures were as enjoyable as this.
The doctor's a genius
Yes love your lectures...please post part 2.

What would you call a 2nd degree AV block superimposed on sinus arrhythmia (which would make P-P intervals variable)?
sir love all your videos, can you share the pdf's of the ekgs?
Excellent teaching.. thank you
Could you talk about short brain circuit?
Great lecture. Thank you.
