Exact same thing happened to me 3 weeks ago. I contacted him , luckily the buyer was kind enough to not open, I shipped him the correct item and a shipping label for the item that was accidentally shipped and he ended up mailing it out for me. He saved me a big headache so I sent a thank you card with some goodies. Yes, There are still good people in this world. You know who you are if your reading this.🍻
I had that happen to me last year. I had two similar looking and shaped electronic devices that were in black plastic storage cases. One was the faceplate for an Alpine car stereo and the other was a digital highlighter (text reader/translator). I accidentally shipped out the digital highlighter to the person who purchased the stereo faceplate. Thankfully, he was understanding and returned it to me at his expense and I got it back right before it sold.

I did the same thing Sunday afternoon. I packaged up the wrong Funko Pop to a buyer. Later in the day I sold the Funko Pop that I had mistakenly packaged and realized my mistake. Fortunately I fixed it before I took anything to the post office.

I have never sent the wrong item out but I have mixed up labels once. Luckily I caught it at the post office before they were shipped out. Also the Goodwill on wards road opened today. It was crowded like black friday, but I found some nice things to resell. Can't wait until some of the others open next week.

So, if you have an item in your store for two years (like those educational religious DVD’s), are you paying an insertion fee for every month that it’s re-listed? Or are things different if you have a store? Thanks!

I sent out 2 records a while back swapped the labels one guy got Tom petty the other guy got Cher haha haha they were both awesome and let me send them the correct labels and they sent the right albums to each other 😬

I've done that before. I ask them to forward to the correct seller. I PayPal them the postage cost and then send the correct item.

@Nunya Biz - With eBay stores you get “free listings” every month. The number depends on the size of the store.
Yup. I have a store so I get 1000 free. No cost other than the store cost on that one. Good Question.
