she's served as the US cultural ambassador to Russia for several years that ended 2-3 years ago? also taught students at Yale and gave away masterclasses around the world for awhile I think she chose to focus on other things and move onto electronic violin You can't compare Sarah Chang to other performers, she's surpassed all of that much earlier
Sarah, then and now, is not just a virtuoso violinist, she is a wonderful performer!

Bach then she was really the most impressive violinist. Unfortunately she is worse when she grew up.
