Now APS is verifying the 10th and 12th certificates also. But we are from telangana state so our certificates are not getting fetched in digilocker, so they're asking the board to reply for their mail. But there is no response from the boards. How to got these verified is such a huge problem now in Students of telangana

You went to the inbox to show how to download application form. Also there is a photo already in it so where should we paste the new photo?
If you have taken colour print out, no need to affix photo. If you take black print of application form, then paste the passport size photo.

IELTS scorecard is an optional document. If you do not have IELTS score card now, you can apply without it.

Hello bro, I send my documents around three weeks ago, all my documents were coloured but i forgot to get some of my documents photocopied front and back, is it mandatory to do that, if yes can I mail them the back side of those documents or do I have to send those documents physically. Hello, I have submitted the online form of APS with scores of only reading and listening of B2 exam. As those scores were only known to me on that day.
But after 2-3 days, the result of B2 writing exam came out and %ge changed. B2 speaking exam is yet to happen. %ge should again change with that result.
Do I have any scope to get my documents verified? I'm planning to send them my login ID and password for Goethe Institut results.

Hey, I've recently given the IELTS exam and I've scored 6.5 bands and I'm going to apply for the APS, certificate right now.... also I'm planning to give the retest after few months for IELTS exam as I'm not matching the standards for the requirement of universities as it requires CEFR level C1... will this effect my admission? like I'll have two IELTS CERTIFICATE? please reply
APS just check the credibility of your IELTS score, yes you can go for retest

First of all, IELTS is not mandatory for APS and it makes no change in the duration to receive APS certificate. It is only necessary when it comes to university admissions and the visa process. If you have a valid IELTS score, yes, you can add it while applying for APS.
Hey @mohammadmufassallari7843 ! In Germany, most universities usually accept 6.5 bands in IELTS. So, which universities do you not meet the criteria for?

Yes, it is, there is no relation between course and aps.. but for visa it's mandatory

@@akshatoberoi9604 Hi, yes I applied for APS without IELTS scorecard. I submitted my online application on 28 September and received the APS today (on 30 November). In between, they called me once and asked me to call my professor and tell him to reply with verification details.

Hey, I have done the aps submission without payment and after the activation of the account I tried to pay but there was no option available for it.

You can submit a bonafide from college stating that you will get your certificate soon and you have passed

They ask for colour xerox and notarization is needed only when a document has to be translated from a non-English language to English language

Ideally you should first get all the documents in uniform fashion. You can also consider option of name change via gazette.

@@ARVINDNIKESH You can use your full name as per the passport as passport will be the main document for your VISA process and is also generally used as an ID proof for exams such as IELTS...just difference in name due to the expansion of initials when compared to other documents such as marksheet or aadhar will not cause any trouble...
However, please ensure that the spelling of the rest of your name is same across the documents...
If not you can get a 'one and the same person' notary and send it along with your documents to state that even though there is an error in name spelling the person stated in both documents is one and the same person...

If ur planning for a master's, all that matters is your bachelor's docs..note that your marklist of ur bachelor's is a must, and prepare that before applying
