Type 2 is basically you eat too much sugar or you live long enough to have ate enough sugar.

Read a book. Sugar does NOT cause diabetes

Lol cmon man. Adipose tissue causes T2DM. Adipose tissue creates resistin - this prevents your body from recognising the insulin, and therefore prevents your body from using the glucose.

I'm a type one diabetic. Honestly I do hio bridges with a sand bag 100 reps 7 days a week and then breakfast eat eggs (14) lunch protein with salad, snacking isn't too horrible because type one diabetics need constant carbs to keep us running like a car needing gas but obviously don't brush your teeth with an entire cake, just be mindful of the amount you eat especially since your working out, you will need a hit more carbs then an average diabetic.
Of course every human is different and you should definitely seek the advice of somebody In the medical field. They can really help steer you in the right direction. Also dually note carbs matter but the type of carbs you take in can also vary on how your body reacts. For example if you eat a honey bun with 62 grams of carb or you could eat something else with 62 grams but less sugar, factors like that and getting used to studying the nutrition fact labels on the back of food items to compare what your consuming with each item also can help.. stay safe kingdms and queens and stay up diabetics out there🤟🤟🤟

Cortisone or however its spelled is prescribed as a steroid to fight diseases and leads to a heightened appetite as a result. I had chemical burns from concrete that resulted in massive swelling in my face and at the ER they shot me in the ass with cortisone I'm pretty sure and then I had a prescribed steroid I took orally and lemme tell ya, I rushed around the house like a marathon runner while I thought I was just walking at a purposeful pace and there was not enough food in the world to satiate my appetite.

Re. getting poisonous food across to Europe: UK already opened the doors... They now have products that say: "not suitable for the EU market".

That's to do with Brexit, not the ingredients. It means they can't be sold in the EU and aren't allowed to be brought into the EU from the UK.

Learn to simmer onions mushooms and bell peppers with olive oil. They go with basically anything not mostly made of flour. Super easy and super delicious

Ozempic weight loss is predominately lean muscle and bone density loss. I'm also middle aged T1D, 6'1, 160lbs - just diet changes work, replace a few things... powdered peanut butter, protein Oatmeal, etc. It works.

Primarily bone density? You're saying the majority of the weight loss is from bone loss? Are you stupid?

After being on Ozempic for a year, I'd have to agree with you. The loss in appetite results in the same type of weight a person experiences over long hospital stays. Very few people I've met that take it change their diets or start a workout regiment. They just eat a lot less junk food.

This guy sounds like hes trying to blame his bad decisions on anybody but himself. "Its the medicine that made me eat so much". Just fight the urges. I used to take medicine that made me never want to eat because it was basically perscribed meth and to combat the lack of hunger I would drink special shakes or foods that were for gaining weight and staying healthy on the odd times that I was hungry. I dont want to hear these excuses about what medicine made you do. It didnt hold a gun to your head and you had the opportunity to do the right thing and were too weak to.

Sounds to me like instead of putting in hard work he wants to take the easy way out which would include more drugs when he's already ill.
