The single most useful trick I know of is to switch to a weapon manually as soon as you release a pipe bomb. That allows you to start shoving almost a full second earlier, it's an absolute life saver in virtually every situation where you need to get commons off you.
I think my favorite trick is reviving your teammates when you are 1-2 floor above them. I actually learned that trick from this very video and spent a couple of incapacitation to harden my skill. Glad i got it done.

you have to shoot it just before you land so the game believes you got hit by a bomb instead of fall dmg
