The game takes place within the larger #BattleTech universe. On the friendly fire front...It's like some of your buddies see the glowing purple light and say, "I must dance in that!!"
They need to fix that overheat mechanic. At the very least they need to make it so it acts like RAC ramping and only affects the weapons being fired rather than all of them.
I'm hoping that they have the Blood Asp in MW5 Clans
Dunno honestly, MW5 clans is set as Smoke Jags before and during clan invasion, and Blood Asp wasn’t made until 3060; well past Tukayidd which was 3052.
@@Fallouttec This is true, and I did forget about that. I was hoping that the next DLC would be us fighting the Clans and MW5 Clans would be later in the Timeline.

The second match at the end: no, the flea didn't do it on accident. He probably realized there was no chance to win, so he ended it. I've done the same plenty of times.
The yolo tactic. Yeah I do that when my shadowcat is the last one left in a 11-1 defeat.
Saw a cadet named ER TTB in a Tier 5 match today. Got something like 801 Match Score, yes Match Score not damage, in a Cougar. A "Cadet".

So the beams are only good when their HSL isnt working properly, guess how they gonna do once they fix it? Two beams max, some mechs would be able to do 3...
Unless they buff the beam somehow, i dont see it. The ramp-up mechanic that takes an equal amount of time to cool down as it was being shot plus extra 5 seconds or smth, and ontop of that it doesnt matter how many beams you shoot, ALL beams ramp up (tho this is gotta be a bug, just like the HSL on them)
BAS-E leg omnipod will give you JJs. You might lose a DHS though.
And another 3 tons for the 2tons/each jump jets.
does the 1 second delay between pairs of beam lazers avoid ghost heat even if you keep firing?
It avoids the instant initial 29% spike
