I read the first two An Amber in The Ashes books and loved them, but haven't gotten to the other two yet. Good to know the series stays good, and I will definitely be picking it back up.
I read lore too this year. I also read the girl from venice, evolution of Claire, the novel of the Godzilla movie 2014, Harry Potter and the prisoner of Azkaban and currently at the moment Star Wars queens peril.
I haven’t read much this year but a short book I would recommend is refugee by Alan Gratz. It’s a historical fiction book that has 3 perspectives from different time periods from the past

Did you read A Court of Frost and Starlight? It's like Book 3.5 in the ACOTAR series, it's a novella about Christmas.
I didn’t because I heard that it wasn’t critical to plot and I really wanted to get onto ACOSF lol but I might read it in the future!
