@@sarahwilson7825 Pedicures can alleviate most of the discomfort. Basic foot care isn't hard. Kill that fungus, trim the nails correctly, wash, and lotion them. Most of the time, even the most lizardesque claw can be made presentable.

As a massage therapist I will tell you the hot towels have multiple purposes the heat helps the muscles relax and also helps remove some of the access products that don't get all worked in during the process so your not slipping all around when you leave 😉😊
My husband and I went for pedicures before our vacation (I wanted his feet beach ready). He was a bit nervous about it but ended up really enjoying it. I told the spa ladies we would be back soon 😊

I think (heavy on the think) the towel around your legs and feet help seal in the moisturization from the lotion. They make special socks for women to put on your feet at home after you lotion them up.

Yes! Eating well and working out are not the only self care things men should do. Honestly, self-love, self care, relaxation.... not gender specific! I bought my fiance products for his own skin care routine because he liked doing mine with me. My dad and uncle laughed at little about it. I asked them if they thought it was important to take care of your organs. They said yes but looked confused. So then I asked why they had decided to neglect their largest organ. My 73 year old dad just asked me to help him pick out a proper face wash and moisturizer. 😅
I took my 87 year old grandpa for his first pedicure and he loved it. I took him a total of three times before he found out how much they cost and from that point on he made me give him one at home.😂 I’d give anything to take him again.

Foot care is sooooo important! I work with the elderly with dementia and if you don’t get into the practice of self care now, then you won’t have that routine built in should you start to lose your memory in the future. Habits are very powerful, so start the good ones as soon as you can!

My Grandpa, who served in the navy during world war 2 and was incredibly masculine, LOVED getting pedicures. He got to an age where his eye sight wasn’t the best and it got hard for him to trim his nails and my Grandma did it for him a couple times and decided that no, this wasn’t the thing, so she took him to her nail shop where they would both get pedicures monthly. He loved it, she loved it, it was a win win. Men! Take care of your feet!
My nieces asked me to drive them to get pedicures and seeing im a nice uncle i said yeah but only if we can get ice cream afterwards. They talked me into getting one and honestly it was surprisingly nice and i got my ice cream and a bonus hot fresh donut lol
