Well I'm kinda happy they did, because otherwise a lot of sensitive people wouldn't stop mentioning it here in the comments: "omg he threw a flag on the ground".
@@manojlds I know, I saw the video. I suppose there will be a lot of people that don't understand his sense of humor (not that I fully do) but he's sarcastic and generally not out to offend anyone. It's a toy flag and shouldn't matter, but there are a lot of overly sensitive people in this world.

Starting on softs hurt them. If they had tried to qualify on Mediums or even if they started out of top 10 and started on Hards or Mediums they would have had points. But then again it's pretty easy to say that in hindsight

Yes, I did mean to reply to you. I construed (or probably misconstrued) your comment as to saying that we had a bad weekend this time and you were looking forward to next week and hoping to have a better week. And I thought why not explain why this was a bit bad week even though we had the race pace to get into points.
But yeah, on second reading my comment does seem totally out of place. Sorry for that 😂✌🏻
@@shyamwarrier9865 Haha, that's fine. I'm one of those people that knows teams and drivers can have an off week or two and doesn't jump into conclusions based on those. The season is still young! Many more opportunities for the team to bag some big points. :)

@@KitKitChanIsaac seb stopped spinning a long time ago , now we have spinoda, spinmacher ( no hate just jokes )and mazespin with your occasional Ferrari or mclaren spin ,seb has spun only once this season if I remember correctly

Britta looks like shy little bit or she doesn't like interwievs. She is working with seb over years and i really would love to hear her stories. But looks like she doesn't like being in front of the camera. Anyways, i respect her too much..

As a driver and team manager, i understand the stress the race weekend all to clearly. Half the battle is on track, the rest is in the pit and also all the preparation needed to have a flawless performance by all involved. Thanks for sharing and the video - sterling stuff.

I want more street courses, Seb and the AMR21 suit street more it seems. Maybe its more driver on the street courses, on actual tracks the AMR21 is lacking serious pace.. Hopefully this gets sorted out before next year.. I can't see Aston Martin struggle like this next year.
I reaally want Aston Martin to do well next year! They seem like a good and mature team, and gosh I want to see Seb win a bunch. Glad seeing Lance doing well too!

I enjoy the series. Little details are always interesting, to see how have F1 evolved in decades, how different it is from other motorsport series. And stories like this involve people behind it which makes it very nice and personal to watch.

I got into F1 last year and I must say ive watched 18:23 over and over ! Love the sound of the cars driving off during the start
I LOVE this series. Really make me start to realize how much f1 is a team sport. Usually we only get to see the driver's part of things... and it's just amazing to see through this whole new view of the mechanics. And as a Vettel fan I'm so happy and grateful to see all the support... good luck guys!!

Don't get disheartened and discouraged by double race weekends as Austria.... It's not team thing or a driver thing or a car thing... for whenever the Mercedes will suffer so will Aston Martins for it is the low rake thing. This is template for the year 2021. So, Chin Up and Fight On.
