❤❤love you Mia !!!!
Hey, Mia!! God bless you in the name of Jesus Christ, who is the name above all names & the only way to Heaven❤😊
❤
Apparently if you wear red underwear under a white outfit you won't see the underwear.
girl, you made me think I needed to adjust my color when you said the hoodie dress is olive green. I thought, damn my tv is seeing emerald! whew, thanks for the correction 🤣 I like greens 1 and 2
I’m not one to comment but I did want to give my opinion on the commission/code. I feel like all of us here who know you and have been here a while understand that you always give your honest opinion regardless of if something was paid or not, so don’t think that you shouldn’t take the commission you could get just because some people want to misunderstand you. I’m all for you having a code! ❤
EDIT: this is crazy, never have I had so much engagement on a comment before 😱
BUT
Just so everyone is aware, Mia DOES has a code now, it’s “MAPLES” for 15% off!
Yes I am and I’m sorry but she does these videos for us ! So we don’t waste money on products that aren’t worth it… so gurl make ur coin !!! We love and trust you ❤
Yes! Get that money!!
Well said!
Yes!! Her making money is what allows her to continue making these videos for us ❤
I was coming here to say the same thing. I’ve been watching her videos for a long time now. I genuinely trust her reviews. I feel like most if not all of her audience does as well.
Girl you giving us a discount AND being able to support you is a win win. Period
This 👆🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Agreed!!!!

Just wanted to pop in here with some knowledge regarding recycled polyester. A lot of brands when using recycled polyester use recycled plastic bottles - but what many people don't know is that plastic bottles are usually made from PET plastic, which is really bad for you if it comes in direct contact with your skin for a longer period of time, as your skin absorbes the chemicals, which may lead to some health issues in the long run. I recommend reading "To Dye For" by Alden Wicker - it's truly eye opening!!! I'm saying this as someone who has been studying textiles for the past year.
Yes! It bothers me how dangerous some clothes actually are but advertise themselves as Vegan as if they are better than natural fiber clothing like wool or linen
I came here to say this 😂 thank you!
This comment should be pinned!! Thanks you for the info
Some of them also just buy plastic bottles because they don’t have enough to recycle and create with. So that’s also something to keep in mind.
I wonder what the health risks of that are compared to other sources of plastic we come into contact with everyday? I mean, the skin is typically an effective barrier and absorbs far less of a dose of poison than ingesting it would. On the other hand, unless you make a concerted effort to avoid it, our food typically comes into contact with plastic which may or may not result in our ingestion of those very same chemicals but I would assume would have far worse consequences because the route of exposure. Not to mention the burning of fossil fuels and VOCs other air pollution that we inhale on a daily basis. Everyone has their own personal levels of what they are comfortable with, but personally I’m not going to worry about something on my skin when we are probably ingesting and inhaling those same chemicals from different sources.
I love Mia's stand on sustainability and her attention to detail on that. One thing that might be worth thinking about is that making clothing from recycled plastic bottles is not actually more sustainable. It comes down to the fact that plastic bottle recycling is an endless loop, you can keep recycling bottles into other bottles/products over and over and therefore reduce the amount of plastic in the system in the long term. If you then take those bottles and convert them into clothes/fabric you end their potential to be recycled again. Essentially now in fabric form, they can never be recycled into something else (or very rarely), and it means those clothes (and therefore plastic) will ultimately end up in the landfill.
I do think using sustainable fabrics is great and definitely appreciate that Mia has done A LOT of research on this, just a little wary about suggesting making clothes from recycled bottles.
Anyways thanks again Mia for another awesome video!
not to mention that PET plastic is actually dangerous to your health if you have it against your skin long term
The way plastic is currently recycled is more of a downward spiral than an infinite loop. The quality of plastic degrades each time it’s recycled so it can only be recycled a limited number of times before becoming unusable. That’s why it’s best to use less plastic overall. Use a reusable water bottle and take care of your clothes in order to make them last long (since plastic-less clothes isn’t always possible). Turn unwearable clothes into rags or stuffing if possible. That’s why recycling is last in “reduce, reuse and recycle”.
Mia, please take that money if it's offered! You are such a trustworthy TH-camr and you deserve to make money off of it!

I do appreciate your integrity and honesty. It’s nice to be able to watch a creator and know that they cannot be bought so you are getting honest reviews you can trust. Thank you for that Mia! I hope you know that even if you do the code for some commission we still trust you and appreciate the honest feedback! But girl get your money! (Especially since you like the brand and have had genuine good experiences with them)
First off, please, at least look up the word "semite" before speaking about it🙂. No one hates jews fyi, we hate isr3lis who play the victim and refuse to see the atrocities they're committing. Most of isr3lis aren't even semite by the way, they're European. Even jews speak up against zion*is*m cause it's the real terr0rism. Also, any jew living in isr3al is part of the "issue", simply because they're living on other people's lands, to say they have done "nothing wrong" is simply not true. If they're not against their government they are either willfully ignorant or willfully terr0rists. Nothing has "lead" to these atrocities, it's years of them planning this, they're terr0rists that's all. I chose to open my heart, eyes, and mind that's why I'm never going to support any celeb using their platform to spread misinformation, and can't simply say that murd3ring children is borderline wrong and should be stopped before anything else. I hope I opened your eyes on a few topics, and maybe you'll do your own research after and find the truth yourself.

I believe the historical fashion girlies would have something to say about the biker jacket arm stretching thing. Apparently it's harder to raise your arms in modern clothes since the armholes are cut too big. So theoretically a well fitted leather jacket with properly sized arm holes should be okay to move in
And if that’s not enough. Just as a gusset.
One fabric recommendation I'd give for a more sustainable activewear option: bamboo!! I tried it a few years ago with an Australian active/casual brand, and I am CONVERTED. Cons are that it can be more expensive & although it's definitely more sustainable than most, it's not 100% perfect, but it's literally one of the most comfortable & sweat-resistant fabrics I have ever tried. Give it a go!
A lot of textile manufacturers use harmful chemicals and processes to make bamboo fabrics that are devasting to the enviroment. The australian ones have been found dumping chemical waste in the outback.
@@agent_starwhich Australian brands were doing that?
@@jaquinicole2936 yeah and there is not way to produce bamboo fibre that doesn't create toxic waste and gas
You sold me on... everything.
Omg Molly hi ❤
Molly the tutu running skirt feels like your vibe. I have one and it’s VERY comfortable and so cute
Molly & Mia collab ?!?! yesssssss pls
I was actually wondering if you would ever do a review haul Molly. You might have met Cassey at Rosanna’s before and they have a huge size range which also includes inseam length. I also hope one day you can provide universal designs for Popflex to create.
you are a GEM and a GIRL'S GIRL, for disclosing the sponsored part and that your Opinions dont change .TYSM . Love you ♡ for many years now.
One problem with using fabric made of plastic (polyester, fleece) is the release of microplastic in the washing machine.
Too many people look at the 'Vegan' tag and assume its environmentally friendly
Let me just say, that if she produces her clothes in China, and DOESN’T showcase safe/fair working environments or any ethical certifications, it is a sweatshop. No company would go through the trouble and cost of making sure their products are made ethically and not advertise it. Same with environmental certifications and processes. So, no, this is not ethically or sustainably made. Still costs a ton.
Preach
I have a few pieces and at the very least they aren’t cheaply made, which means people are being given the time to do things properly. IMO that speaks against sweatshop conditions.
@@BlackCanary87 It not being cheap materials nor rushed doesn't speak on whether its being made in a sweatshop or not.
Sweatshops are about the conditions of the workers not about the end product of their work.
@@BlackCanary87that’s unfortunately not the case at all
Here's the thing with all that black and white thinking.
To get such certificates and I don't mean the ones you can just buy, you have to have exceptionally good conditions (environmental and personnel).
So, not having a certificate doesn't automatically mean your running sweatshop, powered by starving people and an unfiltered coal burning plant. You could absolutely have noticeably less negative impact on the environment and pretty ok working conditions.
Girl get that commission! You’ve been here for so long that all your true supporters know how honest and authentic you are. You deserve to get some extra coin
Critique doesn't mean negative - a lot of TH-camrs seem to think it does. It's: a detailed analysis and assessment of something... so everything you're saying is Critique, Mia...
You're usually spot on with looking at details... that's why people like your videos - there's no hype/trend-following.. you do well to try & show the good & bad in products
I think Girlfriend Collective and Patagonia have both proven that quality activewear can be made with recycled materials. I understand activewear is hard to make with natural fabrics- but we already have so polyester on earth already. If Popflex wants to prove they care about sustainability- I think they’d put more priority into converting the existing items they have into recycled fabrics rather than releasing the many new items that they have been lately.
Recycled polyester is not always sustainable ... just look it up. Especially when made of PET bottles which could've otherwise been recycled
I trust your opinion, Mia. I just got a “miss a” order because of your video and that’s not something I do with people online very often.
I have a hard time with trust, but your character has always shined through your interactions and you have been consistent from the beginning. ❤ you are LITERALLY my favorite person online.
Mia you are literally the ONLY TH-camr who I completely trust to give us your honest and unbiased opinion. Get the commission girlllll
her and robert welsh ahhaha
I was just saying to my partner that I've noticed your confidence grow so much over the past couple years. I know you've always been very honest and you've always had a lot of integrity (I've been here since 2017 so I know your style), but recently I've been appreciating your willingness to be more authentic, less filtered, and more critical. It never comes off as malicious in any way, but it's nice to feel like we're getting to hear what you really think, rather than the most positive spin on your real opinion (which is what some of your older reviews felt like). I hope none of this comes off as criticism. I just wanted to give you props for being confident enough to be real with us and say what you really think, I appreciate it so much!! Keep up your criticism about brands not being transparent enough about ethics and sustainability, it's not being mentioned enough!! Love you and all your videos Mia, thanks for all you do for us. We appreciate you for who you really are!
Yes, I LOVE that’s she’s more critical. I actually used to take her reviews less seriously because she was TOO nice when things didn’t deserve it.
I feel this way too! I love that Mia can be kind, respectful AND critical. So refreshing!
I love that concept of growing older with her , her taste in things are maturing & so has ours as well ❤
Love this pieces but what I really enjoy ia how passionate you are about the clothes being sustainable and ethically made ❤
Honestly Mia we all trust you. Take any money you get offered. You are so trustworthy and we want you to be super successful!!
UPDATE: My code has been turned off because it got picked up by some deal sights, hope everyone who wanted to use it got there chance! Maybe we will have another code in the future
Just wanted to chime in and say that I love greens #1, 3, and 4!

I have been following Cassey for 13+ years and buy/love a lot of Popflex, and I also love your videos and have been watching you for like 7 years so to be able to support two of my favourite influencers while buying functional beautiful clothes that I genuinely love is such a WIN! Thanks Mia!
I actually appreciate a lot that you generally don’t accept commissions on reviews, and are always transparent about it. As much as we all like to think we are not swayed by these things, we are. We are human.
That being said, I don’t think a coupon code crosses the line, especially where you formulate/ release the review first.
Love your content! You are a shining optimistic star in the Internet universe
I love using discount codes from my favorite TH-camrs. I think we all realize that not every piece of clothing is for every body. Having a discount code from someone you want to support definitely helps those of us who like the pieces and want to give them a try while supporting you in the process!
your honest reviews are so helpful and if anything, it gives us a more positive view on the brand!
i do like the fact that you mention her manufacturing because i think she’s made videos about it before, but even if a majority of her customer base follows her social media there could be those who aren’t and knowing about her mission for ethical standards is important!
I didnt know she posted about showing the workers and being open abt the manufacturers she uses. Any chance you could either tell me the name of the video/post or when it was posted?
I'd love to check it out.
I may be an outlier... but this is the only "review"-type channel I watch besides Safiya Nygaard's channel. You both give entertaining investigative reviews of things that are trending. It's not a sales platform, it's an entertainment channel.
If you change the business model to be a sales platform, please mark those videos clearly in the titles as advertisements, because I would skip over those videos.
Also, there are SO many sales channels on social media. So the fact that you have a successful entertainment channel makes your content (and Safiya Nygaard's content) different. I would never actively seek out the sales/discount-code/multi-level-marketting channels, but I search for your content on a daily basis because it's uplifting and fun. It's a refreshing escape from the onslaught of attention-draining sales pitches that make up the majority of online content.
It seems like Blogilates puts a lot of work into designing functional and cute activewear. I find it off-putting when Cassie posts emotional videos with soft piano ballads playing the background if anyone criticizes her products. There's also a huge difference between how her products are reviewed by her "friends" (ie her commission-paid sales team), vs people who specialize in activewear in general and who don't allow her to track their audience through links or codes. If she wants you to join her sales team, ask her to pay you for all your integrity and your audience's attention is worth! I'm on your side and I support what you've created here and how special it really is! ♥
I think you misunderstood her question. She didn't ask if she should do sponsored videos as review videos. She asked if offering her coupon code would be ok, since she makes a little (very little btw) money from the sales using the coupon. The reviews would still be the same, no sponsor, not being paid to talk about it, she would just mention the coupon. USING LINKS AND COUPONS IS NOT BEING SPONSORED OR "SELLING THINGS"
Taking the example you used, Safiya has used coupons and affiliate links from time to time and that doesnt change her content. Also, the only thing using her coupon "tracks" is the amount of people that watched her and bought things, the same with the links. Not to mention that the prices of these clothes are high and would be nice for people to spend less money if they could. It's a win-win.
I LOVE SKORTS. Those might be the cutest skorts I’ve ever seen omg. I’ve also been wanting to give overalls/one pieces a shot again, and these definitely have me set. Also, I like colors 1,2, and 6 💚
Honestly you are one of the few TH-camrs I actually trust to give an honest review no matter if you are getting paid or not. You are super transparent so I say give us a code!!!
I agree with the other commenters that after all these years, we trust you completely and would never judge you for providing us with a code. Listen, every discount helps us these days! Big Hugs.
Love these videos! I think the sustainability is frustrating to me because literally the first product is almost entirely made of synthetic, plastic materials. It's greenwashing and, yes, it is extremely hard to find clothes that aren't using synthetics (especially stretchy clothes) but I'd rather clothes that won't affect the environment so much. Especially for the price tag as well! I know I'd be paying for Cassie's designing etc but the material is a let down.
My favs were definitely the plane pants though!
Not to mention it feels like every time I turn around there’s a new item they’re selling. Gives fast fashion vibes to me tbh. I would love to buy her clothing but I think I’ll hold off and try to buy secondhand instead.
Hard agree! I also think that the material isn't being used in the most effective way possible. The enchanted hood and long back on the puffer jacket, for example, use way more material in favor of it being "aesthetic". While I understand that they are fashion items and they're supposed to look good, it feels disingenuous to market something that wastes so much fabric as "sustainable". Definitely greenwashing!
mia maples i trust you with my life regardless of coupon code. i know the internet is a highlight reel, but you seem incredibly honest and genuine--I would never assume you'd withhold your honesty for cash. you're awesome :)
I've been very skeptical of the hoodie dress but it honestly looks great on you! The colour is also very pretty!
I actually love the white jacket so much. I love those types of jackets😭😭 it was maybe my fav so far. Just love a nice puffy jacket and some flared pants
I think the problem was mainly that the darker colors had a plasticky sheen that definitely gave trash bag. Shape-wise and everything else-wise, though, I agree. If the other colors were still waterproof and matte looking, it would be a stunner. It's sooo cute!
those overalls and tote bag are soo much cuter than I thought they would be. Also people who have watched you for a while will know that your thoughts and opinions are super honest so you should def take the commission and stuff.
We believe your reviews are honest. You're one of the few youtubers who's opinions I trust.
I’m so glad I found this video! I’ve been wanting to purchase some things from blogilates but was not sure of the quality or if it was just an online trend. Thank you for taking the time to review them! They seem like great products!
Just pitching in to say I actually do appreciate creator codes. I can usually tell for myself if I do or don't want something, but even having the option to participate in a sale is always nice. We wouldn't follow you if we didn't trust you, Mia. Much love ♥
i love how mia always gives us her true honest opinion on products, clothes, etc. unlike other creators who come across as if they're only trying to get us to spend money (to in turn earn them money) mia actually tells us the truth and cares about what her fans are gonna possibly be spending their money on. thanks mia!
Hi Mia, I love your videos, always look forward to watch them after a long day of work ☺️
I love that you add sustainability now in your videos!
I love colors 1 and 2! Also, get your commission ❤ I do understand where you’re coming from in trying to prevent any distrust, but you have more than proved yourself to be genuine. I trust that you are honest with your viewers. I truly believe you have only good intentions with your followers. Love your work Mia!! Can’t wait for your sweat pants!!!!
After watching this video, I think I might finally take the plunge and get the airplane pants, the overalls, and cargo skort. I didn't even know about the overalls until this video but was wondering about the other two. Thank you!
Also first time watching you, love your personality :)
Hey Mia, love your videos just a quick clarification on the subject of fibres-
Polyester is actually less environmentally taxing than cotton if you compare them side by side (to produce) however the issue is the fact that it’s not meant to last so the actual garment might not last long but it takes ages to degrade in the environment. Also there are far more polyester items and garments including blends that are produced as it’s cheap and widely available. However barring that, as far as i know 100% polyester isn’t necessarily a bad thing if the garment is constructed well and you plan on using it for a long time (even issey Miyake uses this for the pleats please line). Do look out for poly-cotton blends though as garments like that usually don’t maintain their fibre quality and end up feeling worn after a single wash
recycled polyester is often made with plastics bottles which are a type of plastic that is super harmful long term against the skin. At the end of the day polyester is still incredibly devastating. Cotton can be made sustainably where as polyester cannot
I always appreciate a coupon code, and I like the idea that you get a bit from it, too! Personally, I'm not worried about it swaying your opinion (especially since you go out of your way to be transparent in all your videos!). :)
I love the fairytale puffer jacket- it wouldn’t suit my body type but little red riding hood in the winter with attitude is a whole mood
😐 it needs to be red and obnoxious for me
love love love the video! Low-key it inspires a new part of me.
I never comment on TH-cam videos, but I just need to tell you that your videos make me so happy… you’re the best and I love you🥰
I really love how you have the habit of being respectful to the creator and giving your opinions fairly. You are almost the only TH-camr doing that BTW my favourite green is no. 2
Not a fan of the 'the owner is nice so they are probably sustainable' idea, they need to disclose this!! I don't want to trust that something is ethical without confirmation..
U probably haven’t seen the owner her vids and she litterly says there working on it on there website
@@kaaskaas5584 oh alr! she didnt mention that tho
Well not everyone cares this much. Maybe try watching one of her videos before running ur mouth
Agree totally. I think many would be appalled by how much of what they consume is produced with sweat shop labor. I like Cassie and her videos but that doesn’t translate to good production ethics without some evidence. Interesting to me how people ^^ often jump immediately to defend someone they don’t know and take any curiosity as harsh criticism. It’s not personal against Cassie-it’s a good point about production ethics!
@@eleabolar yep! I think she seems nice, that's just not what I'm asking abt. I don't think it should be regarded as an attack to ask for transparency on labor practices🤷♂
Yay I love it when you test Casey’s new product
i like the second green color the best!! but they are all pretty. i’ve never bought anything from a youtuber before but i am beyond excited for when your sweatpants drop. i wear sweatpants every day😅
mia i've been watching you for over 6 years & i'd have to say you're one of the few youtubers i trust with any sponsorships/opinions. if any coupon code was offered or you earned money from it in any way, everyone that's been here a while will know your opinions will always be honest. also, green number 2 was my favorite! 💚

Mia, we truly 100% love and support your honesty in products, its SO necessary in today's online content consumption and also for online purchasing, as consumers. I personally just want you to keep encouraging awareness in buying and sustainability 🙏 we know how clogged the world is with sketchy companies and fabrics profiting off of employees in sweat shops etc, so your contribution to awareness in these topics is fundamental and makes me very happy and relieved. Everything is so super cute!!! Need it all
The thing about the cold nose for the motorcycle jacket, it’s actually extremely common to get a cold nose when you’re on a motorcycle!
I also really love the way she made the extended liner over most of your hands too. When on a motorcycle you almost always need gloves especially if your riding at night and or if your from any New England states (or states with drastic temp fluctuations throughout the day)
OMG I made it 😂 I came here within five mins but there are already 81 comments 😢lol but I’m soooo happy that you(Mia) are popular now and you didn’t change yourself for popularity and you also give us so honest reviews and I❤U and keep smiling ❤❤❤❤

1 and 2 are my favorite greens. All of these pieces look so good on you girlie! Just a big high in price for me personally
26:43 either nr. one or nr. 2! Nr. one is giving spring and more lightweight (if that makes sense? lol) while nr. two is giving fall/summer and more warmth. So it depends on what you're going for! I love them both though and would love to say give us them both however I understand it's not smth you just do😅 Love and appreciate you, Mia!!🫶🏼🫶🏼
Mia, you are the most authentic and genuine youtuber I have ever stumbled upon. That‘s why I haven‘t skipped one video since I discovered you!!! ( and bingedwatched all of the other ones) so please don’t decline commissions, we TRUST YOU 😁🥰
The motorcycle jacket fully zipped up would be useful in colder climates, its pretty common in states like Wisconsin to have jackets that zip up super far to protect your airways from the cold 😊
As someone who is new here, trust me everyone would thoroughly appreciate the coupon code. I know SO MANY people who want to try the collection but sadly can't afford it. I personally have been wanting her collection since around the time it first came out (in 2016!) and I only now have enough money to get some stuff from it!
And my only critique is that you didn't get the jumpsuit from the thumbnail, I've been wanting it really badly lately, and I clicked because I specifically wanted to see an honest review of it before purchasing it. Other than that this was a great watch.
i appreciated your suggestions included talking about ethics! it's kind of you to offer benefit of the doubt but tbh i wonder how much better it is than other working conditions if they don't advertise it. clothes are made ethically abroad and all should be but usually made in china does not bode well.
2 or 3 are my favorites for the shade of green! Stunning!

Yes, Mia! Share the dang link for popflex!!! Lol We trust you and know your integrity. You deserve compensation and commission for the hard work you put into your videos. It is no different than pop flex paying for an advertisement campaign or commercial and we know that you are giving an honest review. ALSO, I have been wanting to purchase from popflex and that absolutely cute turquoise backpack for a year now but don’t have the money. A discount code would be a blessing. Love your work and effort you put in your videos .❤ Also, the BIG difference between many other TH-camrs and you, is that you are very up front and immediately honest if it is sponsored or gift
Your honesty and transperancy and also fun videos is why I like you so much
Most trusted creator on youtube... or anywhere actually. I love that you are so relatable... you're beautiful inside and out. I really love this channel.
Green #1!!! I’m so excited about the sweatpant sets you’re making ❤❤
Her hair is beautifully styled, so cute!
Omg I have WAITING for this, THANK YOU
Hey Mia! If you want to know more about a companies sustainability and ethics details can usually be found (for American companies) on their 10-K or annual SEC report. Sometimes it’s called like a letter to investors or investors report as well (sometimes they’re different things but contain essentially the same info)
Oh, what a great resource-thanks for sharing!

Extra happy Friday bc Mia posted a new video !!😭😍
Just so you know, I’m pretty sure Cassey uses vegan suede for some of her products (not usually clothes) but like bags and yoga mats 😄
Loved the video and all the info you dig up on the brands for us
