He is an Engineer by Qualification. How is he entitled to talk and train about health? He is an IITian that's why people are following him in large numbers and find him the best. Will any Indian Trust any Doctor in Construction work of a Bridge/Road/Tunnel, etc.?
Looks like Indians love to get Qualified in any stream and do something else altogether to make money. No link and Application of Education to Real Life. Can any Indian Trust an Engineer/Doctor/School Teacher to file and fight their Law case in the court?
Then how can Educated Indians be obsessed with an IIT Engineer who opted to not study Biology upto class 12 to score more marks and get into IITs because that's a status symbol and as an IIT Passout Engineer, one gets paid Heavy paypackages in any job. Now he has made enough money as an IIT Engineer, and was Obese and completely out of shape. That's how Yoga helped him. First he did the Wrong things, didn't take care of his Health and Lifestyle and was busy making money. Now coming and telling the world about Health. How is it that Indians have become so Blind Followers?

Banking and Corporate positions in general are like this across south asia. Long hours, mostly repetitive, exhausting, can't say no to your boss, have to fight tiredness and sleep most of the day. And then, during month end days or yearly closing days, it's even more hectic where you work 14 hours sometimes. We young people really need to fight to introduce the work life balance here
That's the reality!

Hello Pooja Di, am from Mauritius and it is already some time since I have been living in France, to be honest, here there is a better work life balance. Everyone takes their lunch from 12 to 2 . Its a work of basically 9 to 5. No overtime and you can take your vacations well. Even in Mauritius the work life is the same as India.
