    I had the opportunity to roll with a guy the other day I had never rolled with before. He told me i was like trying to wrestle a garage fridge. Then he said, "You're like trying to move an old couch by yourself"....I think it was a compliment.. 😅

    We used to hold open mats, but nobody showed up (either from our school or the others in the area), so we removed them from the calendar.

    I know that some AFL teams train bjj for cross training, though that makes more intuitive sense than basketball
