smooth ice cream.

・2 egg yolks
・Sugar 20g
・Honey 20g
・Fresh cream 200ml
・Vanilla essence appropriate amount
*Stainless steel with good heat conductivity is recommended for the bowl.
Please use a material that will not break even if you put it in the freezer.
①Combine the egg yolk, sugar, and honey and whisk with a hand mixer until thick.
② Put fresh cream in a bowl and whisk until thickened while applying ice water.
③ Add vanilla essence and ① to ② and mix lightly with a hand mixer.
"Put the whole bowl in the freezer."
④ After 30 minutes, take it out of the freezer and mix it well with a whipper. Place in the freezer again and repeat 3 more times (4 total).
Even if you don't have an ice cream machine, it's surprisingly smooth.
All the ingredients are familiar. You can enjoy it with confidence.
