I fixed a common issue on an HHR for $10!? Lower control arm bolt fix

I stumbled across this interesting issue that affect all HHR, Cobalts, etc. Here's a simple fix for that and only costs $10 or less!
Bolt size 9/16-18 x 4" (recommend 4.25-4.5")
