This platform is called Jigsaw. I used to use it a few years ago. I don't know what is considered to be a "Super DOM". Most of the free platforms I know like TWS, have a more simple DOM. I use Sierra Chart now, it's not free but it is low cost.
Uma pergunta meio boba, mas sou iniciante, quando por exemplo coloco uma compra de 10 contratos em um suporte, então enquanto aguardo o preço chegar , essa compra aparece no dom para todo ver??
Google Translate: A kinda silly question, but I'm a beginner, when, for example, I place a purchase of 10 contracts on a support, so while I wait for the price to arrive, this purchase appears in the gift for all to see?? Answer: This question is generally beyond the scope of this video. I would say it is correct that all traders see the same thing however not all traders perceive it the same way. Last is that not all traders are 'dynamic traders' that actually can influence the price.
I like it. I do like what Jigsaw offers visually but think you’re right. The DOM is faster especially for split-second scalps. Good to see you back at it!
can you see your existing positions (open positions) on the side? In Quantower platform, I can't see each price where I opened multiple positions, which makes it hard to scalp off DOM
Yeah there is a little trade window that links to the dom that shows your position and how many contracts long or short. It shows on the DOM if you are long or short but not how many contracts.
Jigsaw does have that one time payment of $579 and then to get the additional features it costs $50 per month. Though this information may be outdated so consult with them to get the most accurate info. If you need a lower cost and higher quality option I recommend Sierra Chart.
It can work yes except the liquidity is thinner normally so it won't display as clearly as a futures contract. (tight bid/ask) I don't know how OTC order book works if all orders are public etc.
@@VerrilloTrading appreciate the reply and content on your channel. I have been learning how to trade since February and this stuff is so much harder than my first impressions of it. I envy those who do this with confidence for a living
Hi Chris this video is a good one thou' you call it lazy. As a frequent watcher of your videos I want to bring some view points for your consideration: 1. I liked your minimalist video and in this connection want to know how would you consider working TWS of IBRK and only the DOM from Jigsaw for which you only paid once rather than recurring monthly for the option of placing order from their DOM. I know you have a good hot key macro from IB. In the same token how about using the data feed from IB and not CQG. As trading is probabilistic any way is it possible to save a bit here? 2. Your indicator video is good. However instead of using another charting software at an additional cost is it not possible to use the TWS to implement the same thing VWAP and session volume? In place of EMA for NQ can we use Kauffman Adaptive MA (KAMA)? In place of standard deviation channel can the Ketlner's 4 ATR channel be used. I find two successful US day traders use this channel. 3. How about using a broker programmed stop set for a max acceptable loss for a day. I found one day you lost $600 when at the end of the day IB liquidated your trade as you waited in anticipation the whole day. 4. On the minimalist note can do you think it is possible to work with one Laptop and a monitor or an used laptop working as monitor? This way it will be possible to remain focused on a limited zone. 4. Is it possible to have your email ID please. Thanks in advance.
Hi, that's a lot of questions. I honestly think the $50/month for jigsaw is worth it at this point as their dom is really good for executing. The hotkeys I use for IB are good too but when it comes to pure scalping, the dom is much more effective and entices me to manage trades much faster and not sit around in losing trades. The strategy feature in jigsaw also works very effectively. CQG data is much much better than IBs futures data in terms of speed and tick movement, there is no comparison. Charting platform, tradingview is the best for me as IB's charts are hard to use and don't have a good volume profile. For pure analysis and marking in levels, tradingview is my platform. Jigsaw has charts also, they are currently in beta and receiving updates every few weeks. Maybe in the future they can replace my tradingview charts but not anytime soon. Broker programmed stops, IB doesn't have that. A trader needs to take his own responsibility to stop trading when his methods are clearly not working on a given day. This is a work in progress for most of us. For the last question I have no idea, It's surely possible to work off a laptop but I do think you need at least 2 screens. 1 screen for order flow and executions and the other as an analysis screen. (that's how I work it). Email is in the description, Cheers.
Is it possible to buy the Dom indicator? I’m thinking of paying for a course and the guy said the course comes with dom for free and I don’t really believe him
If you are skeptical of anything on the internet always ask questions around you. You can get a DOM with most major trading platforms. Some are major but people don't know about them because they don't advertise, Sierrachart is my choice but it's not for the beginners.

Good quick video, by any chance can you share the sierrachart template for what you have shown in the video
At this time we were using jigsaw, this is not sierra chart. This is an older video.

Does the dom apply the same for OTC stocks and penny stocks? All dom traders seem to only trade futures.

Hi
I really liked the style of this DOM. Please what is the name of this platform?
Thank you very much
Thank you. It's called Jigsaw daytradr, link in description.
Is “dom” the same as booktrader?
Yeah. Dom stands for depth of market (lvl2). Jigsaw’s dom is called a depth and sales.
VerrilloTrading you’ve sold me on giving it a chance.. i can’t seem to get mine to work as smooth as you do with the sell stops and sell limit etc..
Bobby Miles practice and take more time to get used to it. 🙂
