Oh Mike..I appreciate your making this video but it turned out to be about how not to uncrate a KK.. I also hate to do it but always read the instructions, this uncrating part was much more difficult than it had to be.. The crates are very user-friendly and well-marked as to how to open. There are two bolts at the bottom of each post, when removed the crate can be lifted up, over, and off the pallet. Drywall screws remove the top of the crate which is the ramp to take the grill off the pallet. Thanks again for all the kudos, glad to hear you are happy with your grill..

The instructions for unloading it are all in the owners manual. The top layer of plywood was designed to be a ramp.
