Roseanne lived down the road from me on her farm in Hawai’i, which included a big macadamia-nut orchard. She used to go into the town of Hilo with fruits and vegetables she had raised and give them away to homeless people.❤️

The Darlene character was interesting in the original, the reboot she was just the empty husk that is Gilbert. Roseanne carried the reboot.

@@BurnerPopcornAccount That's why Megyn is so smart to kind of let her go off on a tangent, then help get to the most important point. So often while listening to RB podcast I'll think This is boring, this doesn't make sense.... but then boom, it makes complete sense.
We don't have to agree with every single thing to like people - that used to just be a fact. Now it's so rare, it's really refreshing to see.

I do!! Its hilarious. And its successful. She's good and her son treats her well and she put him as her manager. Her podcast is great. Every once in a while her son will have to say "mom, you cant say that." And she'll listen and after a few minutes she'll foeget and say it anyways lol. Ive been called a Rebel my whole life. Im like her, i do not care what anyone thinks. Yeah im moody too. At least we admit it lol lol. Jake is sweet too. And im pretty sure her favorite haha @@amylynnhunt55

Megyn is so good at *conversation*. She and Joe Rogan both have so much curiosity and truly do care about people, which makes them both excellent listeners. Also asking thoughtful questions that help people stay on track. Being able to truly listen, rather than "You talk, I'm thinking about what Iam going to say next"? It's such a great skill. A rare skill, demonstrated here just beautifully.

What's hilarious is that on one of her recent podcasts, Roseanne was talking to her son about how she could "get out of" going to the Daily Wire premiere event because she didn't want to go. Obviously she did attend, but I find her brutal honesty refreshing.
I completely understand wanting to stay home and sleep in her own bed. Especially returning to Hollywood. But I think Roseanne had a lot of fun! Everyone talking about the premiere said she was so incredibly funny and how very very glad they were that she was there. As Roseanne said, she usually dozes off seven minutes in to watching a movie, but made it for 30 minutes this time! :0) I'm so glad she said yes to being part of the show. She is too funny and too original to not be performing!
@@amylynnhunt55 What I like about her is that she has no filter and just says whatever she wants. Reminds me a bit of my grandmother. Her random older TH-cam videos that are like 37 seconds long always crack me up.

Roseann is correct. It's odd that so many people have no idea what she is talking about. These are simple terms she is explaining and she gets stonewalled (generally) though Megyn did a good job, more out of sympathy it felt and/ or fear of being kicked off YT, a big risk, I imagine! but Roseanne knows whats up. I needed to switch to 1.5x speed, but Rosseane is actually, a very thoughtful interviewee. She sounds crazy on purpose and it's definitely an affectation, but she speaks a lot of thoughtful truths and she's a comedian so the crazy seeming talk is on purpose. Megyn was excellent in how she kept this interview on track. It was definitely a bit of a struggle, but you can tell she's trying to extract the best from Roseanne. Wonderfully done.

Been a Roseanne fan since I was 9-10y old, in the early 90s. As soon as her show came back I was ecstatic, made sure I recorded every episode. Then loser Hollywood screwed her again. They've been trying to beat her down for decades, treating her like she wasn't the best thing going for all of them. Soon as they *stole* *her* show from her- I haven't watched a single episode since. I watch the original only. If you take Ro outta the show all you have left is a bore.
