The mental and emotional health that comes with regular exercise is no joke! That is the main reason I exercise, I feel like a different person, I'm so much more positive, confident, happier and motivated in every other part of my life, compared to when I don't exercise, it's night and day difference. The physical aspect of it is just a benefit that comes with it, having more energy, stronger, toner etc... but the mental and emotional health is what keeps me dedicated to my exercise routine.
I feel you on that one but if you hold yourself accountable, each and everyday. You will get it done. You're only as strong as your next excuse, is the phrase that keeps running around my head when I don't feel like working out!

Intermittent fasting is not for everyone, i do it because i workout in the morning and really cannot stomach breakfast before that. So i eat after my workout which is my lunch, and i do not eat past 7 pm. It leaves me a 16hrs window 'fasting', that's how i make it work for me, while staying in my calorie limit for the day during my other meals. But you have been crushing those workouts, and intermittent fasting or not, you have been rocking it ❤️
Same but I do not workout I just fast for the meantime, because I can’t workout due to mid terms exams starting and I need to study and focus on my studies.

I started my fitness journey and do 3 workouts everyday each one is 50,30 and 20 minutes because the gyms are closed where I live and I started it as soon as you posted the first video!
@@nthebear1144 yep I do the 50 minutes one in the morning, the 30 can either be an actual 30 minute workout or I’ll walk my dog for 30 minutes that’s usually when I come home around 4-5 o’clock and the 20 minutes usually is around 8 o’clock, I usually go bed around 10 so I don’t like to exercise closer to 10 because it keeps me awake.

But then exam phase happened and after my exams was over the laziness spiral just sucked me inside more and more. BUT THIS WAS WHAT I NEEDED. Amazing Susie well done. Amazing mindset and journey!! I’m 2 weeks into my “8 weeks til 30” plan. Been thinking and feeling so deeply about turning 30 that I wanted to go on a massive lifestyle change so that I can wake up on my 30th looking and feeling the best I ever have. All I can say to encourage people is that it’s amazing how much your body changes in just 2 weeks of working out & eating well and how much stronger you feel using weights in just a couple of weeks too. My aim isn’t to lose loads of weight, I started this at 9st 7, but to get strong and toned. It works absolute wonders for your mental health too! 💚

I hope you read this Susie because I just want you to know how much your videos effect me positively. I worked out almost every day for 2 months 2 months ago. But then exam phase happened and after my exams was over the laziness spiral just sucked me inside more and more. BUT THIS WAS WHAT I NEEDED. It made me remember how I felt back then and I just want to become strong and energised again. LOVE YOU. What you show us means bravery, usually average person only shows their end result (in every area) but showing us the journey is so valuable.

Amazing Susie well done. Amazing mindset and journey!! I’m 2 weeks into my “8 weeks til 30” plan. Been thinking and feeling so deeply about turning 30 that I wanted to go on a massive lifestyle change so that I can wake up on my 30th looking and feeling the best I ever have. All I can say to encourage people is that it’s amazing how much your body changes in just 2 weeks of working out & eating well and how much stronger you feel using weights in just a couple of weeks too. My aim isn’t to lose loads of weight, I started this at 9st 7, but to get strong and toned. It works absolute wonders for your mental health too! 💚
