I don't live in Long Beach California but I'd go there just to go to this restaurant. It sounds amazing. I'm not a total vegan but I don't eat meat or dairy. Dairy bothers my stomach. That's good to know that some deserts have honey in it. Thanks for sharing that. Also I eat honey. I see nothing wrong with eating it. It has its benefits.. if I could I'd love to try the nut cheese. That sounds amazing. I've never heard of fermenting nuts.

I tried this place today. The papaya rolls had perfectly balanced flavor along with the dipping sauce, very nice. The LBC sandwich was good, but was slightly unbalanced. Savory lightly salted, but missing something. So I put some of the sweet dipping sauce on it and it was much better. It cost about $27 for the two items. Kind of expensive, portions were nice, but mostly vegetables so it would take a lot more to feel satisfied. It felt like a light meal, which worked out because i went for a skateboard cruise up to this lighthouse nearby. If you've got money to spend go for it. At home i would eat twice as much, maybe more = ) I agree with john 4.5 apples if you've got the bread.
how old are you john ?? , I heard you saying on your other channel you are in you 40s ! , man I thought at 1st you were like in your late 20s & I believe it might have a lot to do with your raw food diet

sodium chloride is the problem ? LOL I know many healthy people that having not enough salt in diet It is a big problem and wrong information a special forendomorph / vata type people. But You might be correct IF you ask Your doctor for opinion, he will agree with you 100% 🙈

Thanks John! Went yesterday the food was pretty good. I had the lavender and cardamom cheesecake which was pretty good.
Damn that sounds so good. I absolutely love Lavender in my foods and drinks. I buy French Lavender

I live in Pittsburgh and they don't have anything like this kind of restaurant. I'd go to California for their vegan food in general.
