OMG this makes so much sense, Frequencies of EMF travel at different speeds through matter and substances and other fields, since one of the waves travel at molecular lever while the other travels at atom level, the big structure "knows" afterward that the structure broke but the small structure "knows" earlier and is already feeling its effect, and thus the other big structure does not know yet what happens.
Simple example using light and sound. Explosion happens and there is a pressure and a light sensor, the light sensor being sensitive to small fast photon particles will know first of the event ,while the pressure sensor has to wait until the slow sound waves reach it first so that it knows that the explosion happened. Same concept here but the Waves would be the different forces that travel through the spaghetti and since different EMF are absorbed and scattered and reflected and transmitted at different rates and speeds based on the frequency of the wave, they will affect atoms and molecules and basically the different chucks of matter at different times. The different Chunks of matter are made aware of the different forces at different rates, resulting in a gradient of speed and of force for the waves produced at the initial event.

It looked like each break was actually 2 breaks very close to each other creating these thin disks of noodle material. Watch closly, and you will see these small disks fall out.

I posted this before i finished the video but i think so far the reason is because the noodle is moving at the same speed if it is broke so I think that speed is pulling the small piece of noodle before it snaps form the other side like on the first test you can kind of see the right broke before the left but the middle that broke was still connected to the left (not broken side) then the right noodle (broken side) had the speed to brake the middle part noodle and that is why it broke. Also the middle noodle bent down before it was broken by the speed of the right side so that speed caused the middle noodle to brake.

I’m wondering if involuntary hand movement could be causing vibration to break the spaghetti in a wave pattern. I think I can see vibration moving through the arc. I would be interested to see this experiment done in a more controlled fashion with the inclusion of other camera angles.
This is likely going too far but it dawns on me that dried spaghetti likely has internal tensile loads which could effect how it fractures.
Thanks for making me smarter! :)

I am unsure of the best way to get a video idea to you Destin, so I will try here and if anybody knows a better way they might jump in and help.
LED Christmas lights flicker, and least the cheap ones do, but their flickering is at 60hz (at least in the US) so it is difficult to notice under normal circumstances. This Christmas season I have been trying to be better able to see the flicker but since I don't have a high speed camera maybe you would be interested enough in it to film some? Pretty please? hehe
I did discover that panorama mode on my wife's iPhone and my android can make it a bit more visible but it's just not the same.

+GildedBear The latest couple generations of iPhone do 240fps recording, which is plenty to see an AC flicker. You should be able to see the power cycle every 4 frames or so.
