@@dipakbari4 Thank You for response. But in that case, even if I know the host`s IP with whom I want to communicate, if I use "telnet ", this command will not work, because the IP used in command is the local IP of that host in his local network and is note reachable from outside of that network.
I'm not able to see the command whatever u wrote over there for "Save congratulations" at the last, before giving ip to the PC.. Can you help me sir to tell me what exactly command it is?

P.S. my task is to write program or command to send packets or datagrams to the computer which is far away and sure, is not in my LAN
