But you could set it to a bearable speed instead of having to press the rotate button which accelerated so much you had the blur that smeared the screen...

For someone that has been playing this game for quite some time, one flaw that I see with this nugget is the fact that there is only one button to rotate. This can make the higher speeds much more difficult because instead of having to rotate counter clockwise once, you have to rotate clockwise three times. Obviously, I cannot blame them for an official Tetris nugget as we were all like that back in the day, but it's still one big weakness that I see coming from a seasonal Tetris player.
